Seems like the 47 will go part EV with a specific EV rota coming in from 9th November.

When the Hybrids from the 277 move over to BK for the 238 are they likely to mix and stray on all DD routes (62, 145, 169, 179)?

Although nothing seems to have changed at Walthamstow Central, 257 is expected to return to the station Saturday 9 November.

I recall people mentioning that there was a hole being digged up at HK, presumably for electrification works. Has there been any update related to that? Was it indeed to electrify the garage?

I last went past HK yesterday and I saw it was going on. For this past week there has also been some roadworks outside of HK leading into the bus garage as well

The new Ibus system is currently being trailed on routes 53,86 and 241. It’s basically just and updated ibus screen with Ai inputs.

Unless it deals with incidents like sudden curtailments due to road accidents, severe congestion etc or more information on rail replacement work, I'm wondering too 🤔

Still struggling to understand what AI would bring.

I'm sorry but 9 times out 10, the driver doesn't say anything and when they do, the speakers on most of the buses aren't good meaning you can't clearly hear the driver

I very rarely used the PA when I was driving during the iBus days - I preferred to let the brutes work it out for themselves. But that’s beside the point. It seems a bit wasteful to pay for technology to do something that the driver is perfectly capable of doing for free.
