Following discussing strays on the general enquiries thread, I can list Stagecoach routes that do not & are not expected to have strays in the foreseeable future.
Basing this on Diesel allocated routes.
TL: 124, 225 & 273. HK: 309, 310 & 394. AW: 385, 397, W16 & W19. PD: 380. TB: 146 & 336. KB: all routes. BK: 167, 362 & 462. NS: ?
Just for fun 😁
Happy for any corrections!

It will be eventually, 257 to LI is only a temporary move and it allows the Electroliners starts being used on the route without having them sitting in storage gathering dust while they wait for T to be have the chargers ready. Stagecoach are much better at making use of stored buses than some companies *cough Metroline*. Metroline Electroliners Stored up few delayed

Just for fun 😁 Happy for any corrections! NS is 193, 296’s E200’s cannot do 193 due to its length! Route 193 is able to use 10.9m E200 MMC from Route 296s allocated so in some capacity whether it be a full allocation or just a few strays) at present up to 4 longer MMCs have been on the 193 at the same time. I've rode one in the flesh. I don't see the 193 having a full allocation of anything above 10.5m (mmc) (10.2m E200 Classic) as I'm not sure how feasible a full allocation of them would be but they can definitely work the 193 in some capacity even if its partial. Killing two birds with one stone, the 296 I saw you mentioned in an above post alongside the 193, the 296 is not limited to it's own batch / the 193s batch of single deckers, it is able to use double deckers without any instructions or complications the route is relatively straightforward apart from it's short stint in Marks Gate which takes it round the that community before emerging back onto the A12. (I know this was regarding electrics but thought I would clarify that the 193/296 are not as restricted as mentioned above.)

For some reason I thought the full route of the 499 cannot take DDs? Route 499 is able to use is able to use double deckers on the full length, during it's Arriva stint it saw DW workings alongside a few odd workings whereby Stagecoach have sent it along the whole of the route instead of just its school trip however primarily a singular double decker is used between Gallows Corner, Tesco and Romford, Queens Hospital as I believe that is where the demand is opposed to any restrictions, it's other terminus is at Heath Park Estate located in Becontree Heath as Queens Hospital is already linked to Becontree Heath by routes 5, 103, 128 & 175 and the purpose is not an end to end journey but rather supporting the single deck it runs with's school loadings as the Gallows end of the 499 see's the route pass a few schools of which often are only served by the 499 .

Could that not just be a re blind for the route? I think it may of been an 86 turned to Ilford Hill but not 100% sure.

No worries 👍 Strays at NS will probably become regular once the 247 gets the Electroliners so the 296 will likely see one. I guess it depends on each garage and how strict they are, as I said I could list lots of SD routes that have never seen strays and probably will not for the foreseeable future but again who knows.

I wouldn't rule a working out especially as we have seen a couple of workings on route 498 and if the LVF log is right, a singular working on route 128 and as known the 296 can use anything at the garage as it is not restricted to single deckers and the alternative of is a double decker working of which electrics growing in numbers at NS.
