Stagecoach did similar when they lost the 25 to First in 2011. I think drivers kept the conditions their contracts but not sure about pay! And now some of those drivers have ended up back at Stagecoach. That nearly crippled [LI] as they were losing near £25k per week! They then had to revert the drivers that TUPE transferred to DR24 the normal high paid double deck driver rate instead of the bendy bus rate. I remember the drivers and union then taking First to court over this and losing. Even after they were on DR24 they were still losing but no way as much. IN 2012 I remember many of them wanting Stagecoach to buy the company, only for them to pull out of buying First due to the contract prices and losses, only 10 years later to buy [LI] of then Tower Transit. Weren't Stagecoach lined up to buy all 3 capital garages? NP/DM/LI?

T7 has now transferred to Dartford so that means that Dartford now have the 3 oldest T's in 7,11 and 38 now has it transferred to cover for anything or is it a spare.

From reading replies a post on The Londoner Group, it looks like its covering for T318 as I believe that's with the Met. T11 was going to be withdrawn but T79 suffered an engine blowout of sorts so it's covering for that now.

I think Arriva have their head in the Lion's mouth already. They are losing work, so keeping these drivers anyway wouldn't on its own bring a massive benefit so you might as well ship them off. If they're bleeding the company's resources then it's only fair to the others who work for the company that the company's best interests are looked out for. It's a harsh reality that the new operator will probably rid the old terms when they are available. Stagecoach did similar when they lost the 25 to First in 2011. I think drivers kept the conditions their contracts but not sure about pay! And now some of those drivers have ended up back at Stagecoach. If I recall correctly in the end the ex Stagecoach drivers were offered a lump sum to buy out their contracts - some did, but not enough to make the route viable for First.

Walked past TH and I see no signs of electrical working/infrastructure taking place. Also I didn’t spot any ES’s at the garage. I’m not sure the electric conversion of 64 is taking place anytime soon. I wonder what’s going on with the 417’s conversion

I very much doubt the SLSs will go to 255, especially with how short they are. I can imagine SLS9-22 will replace ENS15-28 on the 410. SLS1-8, I’m not sure

Why would 9.7m Streetlites replace 10.2m Enviro200s unless I'm missing something?

The 255’s buses look absolutely horrible, some new electric buses would be a great step forward. They look more horrible on the 410 with half the front route blind showing and sometimes no destination showing.
