HA1 is still red. Took a while filling out the defect card this morning, not a good start. Is it not normal to expect a few defects on an 8 year old bus? Or are these particularly bad? CCTV camera missing outside, rear upper indicator, cab door seal split. A few other annoying things. Should've been picked up at inspection before sending the bus here I'd have thought but... đ¤ Of course it's not like we had any time to prepare for today đ

Wow ES023 blinds have been programmed with all routes including 289 and 157 đ View Attachment289 has probably been added as that will get DDs later in 2024. Id have thought they would have had 157 from the get go.

I didn't see any school routes but I stopped half way cause I went to find my second bus to drive. They probably do have 689 612 and 663

Looking at the HA quantities I have quite a strong hunch weâll be seeing HA32-53 going to the W3 after the 133/333 go. Would love to see the W3 carry on being WNâs ADL outlier, itâs given the route such an identity ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png)

What I think could end up happening is HAs go to the 289 to release the Enviro200s for the SL5. Croydon already has some so a small number more shouldn't be much of an issue for them in the medium term. The SL2 will need some buses from somewhere though and the 242 might not release enough buses with spares for the route, while the HAs would be a good fit for that route. I'm also not sure how much vinyling up a bus costs, but it might be easier limiting their bus types and not introducing Gemini 3s into the mix. It will certainly be interesting to see what Arriva's final plan is, there's also a lot of work up for tender over the next few months. The SL1 and 34 are up, all the DX and GY work is up and some routes from North London too such as the 41. There'll be competition for all routes so I wonder what routes Arriva will put existing buses on and on what routes Arriva will go for new buses with.

The buses would not have had any other inspection until rota or yearly MOT. All camera and CCTV are done by Wood Green. The buses were taken from [AE] to [EC] for wrap and also some to park then to [AD]

Was the SL1 meant to have HVs instead of HAs?

If TH can get to a point where the 64 can start using it's ES's, then the 289 could convert using the existing T's currently on the 64 releasing the ENX's. It would certainly save on blinds and would allow the HA's to go elsewhere

HAs could move to WN for the W3, although in the meantime I guess they will use some of the Ts that have moved for the 329 as the batches intermix. As for the 243's electric conversion, hope it isn't such a mess as the 307's has been or those HVs won't be going anywhere far ![::)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/eyesroll.png)

Surely for it to only be running part EV operation for this long itâs got to be a lot more serious than just âshorter charging leadsâ
