You may hate it or you may love it. My most cared for is my 394 idea.
17/153: withdrawn
73/N73: extended to Victoria via route 390
259: withdrawn between Caledonian Road / Copenhagen Street and King’s Cross, diverted to Liverpool Street via Hemingford Road, Islington Police Station and route 153 to Liverpool Street. (Possibly withdrawn between Seven Sisters and Edmonton Green).
263: withdrawn between Holloway, Nags Head and Highbury Barn, diverted to King’s Cross via route 17.
390: withdrawn between King’s Cross and Victoria, diverted to London Bridge via route 17.
394: extended to Haringey, Superstores via route 153 to Liverpool Road, then via Hornsey Road, Arsenal FC Stadium, full length of Hornsey Road (following the 91), left to Tollington Park to junction with Stroud Green Road, ahead Upper Tollington Park, to Endymion Road to Harringay Green Lanes and Superstores. (Home match days obviously diverted via Seven Sisters Road) New major north to east london trunk route connecting Hackney and Islington to Haringey Providing a bus service in the Tollington Park area and Arsenal as well as replacing a bus service in Islington (ex-153)

Want to sound out some thoughts from people local to Enfield and the A10 corridor for a small change:
Divert the 231 via Enfield Retail Park in both directions - towards Enfield Chase, the 231 will serve Southbury Road, Baird Road, Crown Road, Great Cambridge Road & back to line of current route at Southbury Road and towards Turnpike Lane, the 231 will serve Great Cambridge Road, Crown Road, Baird Road, Southbury Road & back to line of route at Great Cambridge Road.
I find it unusual that unlike the 317, the 231 completely skips the retail park despite the two routes making similar movements at the A10 junction, albeit running in opposite directions away from Enfield. This change would allow 217 passengers at the Crown Road stops which can be busy from my admittedly limited observations to also use the 231 as well as similar for people at these stops to not just rely on the 317 to Enfield. The 231's max running time is currently only 42 minutes end to end and this diversion shouldn't even take it beyond an hour end to end

Rerouting the service away will likely result in broken links with many using the service itself for the link. Much of Enfield Retail park is arguably sufficient in connections. The 217 provides links south to Cambridge Roundabout and Turnpike Lane as well north to Waltham Cross alongside the 317. You can also reach the 121, 191, 307 or the 313 for Eastward links.

My proposal doesn’t change the rest of the routing and thus doesn’t break links - all I suggested was to divert the 231 via the retail park. All current bus stops on the 231 would still be served.

432: extended from Brixton to Oxford Circus via 3 to Lambeth Bridge, Millbank, 87 to Trafalgar Square and 12 to Oxford Circus.
I been thinking for a long time that something should have replaced the 3 between Trafalgar Square and Lambeth Bridge when came to me what about the extending the 432. Couldn’t decide between creating a new route or extending an existing route so what about the 432. I say this because I think a link is missing ever since the 3 was removed well from Oxford Circus.!

A no from me - if you re-create this link, divert the 3 back to Oxford Circus and use something else to serve Horseferry Road & Victoria. Extending the 432 just duplicates the 3 over too big a section between Morval Road & Lambeth Bridge especially as both routes also meet at Crystal Palace. For me, the 432 should be left alone at the northern end and at the southern end, explore extending it to Elmers End via Birkbeck for a much more direct link between Elmers End & Palace and to connect Palace and places further north to the tram at Birkbeck rather than rely on the 227 at Beckenham Road which is longer distance journey than to Birkbeck

I suppose you could bring back the 507.

The 432 is short for a reason as suggested above Elmers End is probably the best extension for it if ever considered

I'd suggest diverting the 3 back to Oxford Circus (or TSQ at the least), and extending the 53 from Lambeth North to Victoria via Lambeth Palace Road and then following the 3's current route to Victoria. This also has the added benefit of restoring the link from the 53 to St Thomas' Hospital.

You'd break a lot of links, and add useless links which can easily be achieved using the Hopper Fare or trains.

When it ended up involving the 299, it suggested it may be a little too elaborate! Without going into full details, my preferred option involved a localised version of the 36 from Queens Park to Victoria then onwards via the old 507 to Waterloo, with the C10 being straightened out. The 36 would become Paddington to Lewisham with a 211/436 combination running from Peckham to Fulham Broadway. The 11 would replace the 211 to Hammersmith.
