Rerouted to Wembley Stadium via route 440 to Wembley Stadium. 32: extended from Kilburn Park to White City via 316 to Ladbroke Grove Sainsbury’s and 228 to White City. Withdrawn between Burnt Oak Broadway and Edgware. Diverted to Queensbury via route 114. To link Queensbury with Colindale and White City. 83: extended from Alperton to Ealing Broadway via route 297 to Ealing Broadway. To maintain links links. 92: withdrawn between Wembley Central and St Raphael’s. Diverted to Willesden Bus Garage via route 297 to Wembley. To maintain lost links. 186: withdrawn between Edgware and Brent Cross. Extended from Northwick Patk Hospital to Ealing Broadway via Watford Road, Sudbury Court Drive, Greenford Road, 92 to Ealing Hospital and 483 to Ealing Broadway. To link Edgware with Greenford and to provide a more direct link between Harrow and Northwick Park Hospital and Ealing. 218: withdrawn between Acton and Hammersmith. Diverted to Turnham Green via route 440 to Turnham Green. Extended from North Acton to Central Middlesex Hospital via route 440 to Central Middlesex Hospital. To link West Acton with Central Middlesex Hospital and Turnham Green. 223: extended to Wood End via H17 to Whitton Avenue East, Greenford Road, double run Green Park Way for Westway Cross, route 395 to Oldfield Circus, Oldfield Circus, Whitton Avenue West, Wood End Gardens and route 398 to Wood End Estate. To also link Westway Cross and Greenford Station with Whitton Avenue East. 228: withdrawn between Uxbridge Road and Central Middlesex Hospital. Diverted to Acton Vale via route 207. Rerouted between Holland Park Avenue and Ladbroke Grove Sainsbury’s via route 316. 258: withdrawn between Bushey Heath and Watford Junction. To link Greenford with Harrow. 288: extended from Queensbury Morrison’s to Harrow via route 79 to Kingsbury, 183 to Kenton and route 223 to Harrow. Withdrawn between Edgwarebury Lane and Broadfields. Diverted to Brent Cross via route 186 to Brent Cross. Converted to double deck. To maintain links and to link Queensbury with Northwick Park Hospital. 303: extended from Edgware to Broadfields via route 288 to Broadfields. To maintain lost links. 306: extended from Acton Vale to North Acton via route 207 to Acton and 266 to North Acton. 440: withdrawn between Harrow Road and Wembley Stadium. Diverted to Northwick Park Hospital via 18 to Wembley Central, 83 to Alperton, 487 to South Harrow and H9 to Northwick Park Hospital. Withdrawn between Acton and Turnham Green. To maintain links at night. Sorry but these are some of the most ridiculous changes ever. Theres zero reason to combine the 32 and 316. Not to mention the fact that DDs can't go past North Kensington or the fact its too long but why does Queensbury need a link with White City..? 186 to Ealing Broadway also does not make any sense what so ever. I can't imagine any of this working especially considering you plan to cut both 316 and 332 when they are there to provide support to both 16 and 32..? The only thing that could possibly happen along that corridor would be a look at whether the 16/32/316/332 are all still needed between W and Kilburn Park Road plus the 189 between C Wood Bdy and Quex Road. I think there was a proposal for the 32 to divert at Cricklewood to Willesdon which was possibly after tfl had reviewed that stretch.

The X16 would be reminiscent of the 616 that operated Monday to Friday between Cricklewood Garage and Oxford Circus, it was reduced to peak hours only before being withdrawn and replaced by the 16A in the early 80s. I can't see much scope for routes like that nowadays though.

As it's been suggested there will be consultations for around Putney and Barnes, here are some ideas for those areas:
9 - Extended from Aldwych to Liverpool Street via the 11. 11 - Revised to operate between Aldwych and Putney Heath, via existing route to Sloane Square, the 211 to Fulham Broadway, then the 14/414 to Putney Heath. 14 - Withdrawn between Putney Heath and Putney Bridge. Extended from Russell Square to Kings Cross, replacing links from former route 10. 85 - Night service withdrawn. 211 - Rerouted between Sloane Square and Fulham Broadway via the 11. 24-hour service introduced. 414 - Withdrawn, links covered by the 14 and 74, plus the revised 11 covers capacity between Fulham Road and Putney Bridge. E3 - 24-hour service introduced, replacing the western section of the N11. N9 - Frequency increased. N11 - Restructured to operate via the revised 11 from Aldwych to Putney Heath, then alternate journeys continuing to Kingston via the 85.
22 - Extended from Putney Common to Barnes Pond via the 378/485. 72/430 - Merged to operate between East Acton and Roehampton, via the 72 to Hammersmith Bus Station, Fulham Palace Road, then the 430. Numbered 72 using DDs every 10 minutes. 190 - Extended from West Brompton to South Kensington via the 430. Converted to DDs. 209/378/485/533 - Merged to operate between Hammersmith and Wandsworth, via Chiswick Bridge, Mortlake, Barnes, Castelnau, Putney Common and Putney, operating about every 12 minutes. 272/283 - Merged to operate between Chiswick and Hammersmith Bridge North, via the 272 to Wood Lane, then South Africa Road, Bloemfontein Road, Uxbridge Road, Shepherds Bush Road, Hammersmith Station and Hammersmith Bridge Road. Operating every 12 minutes. N72 - Revised to follow the 72 above (via Upper Richmond Road, and terminating at Danebury Avenue), though could go via Roehampton Lane rather than Dover House Road, to serve the university and hospital. N74 - Cut back to Putney High Street (as per the day route). Partly replaced by the N72, while the revised N11 would continue to link most of Roehampton to Central London. N97 - Withdrawn, replaced by new route N190. N190 - New night route from Trafalgar Square to Feltham Station, via the N97 to South Kensington, 430 to West Brompton, 190 to Richmond and 490 to Feltham.

85: extended to Marble Arch via 414. Would be lengthy (about 14 miles) but gives Kingston a 24hr route to Central London. Alternatively this could be renumbered X14. 414: Withdrawn. With its curtailment, 14 covers all but three of its bus stops. It is just a 14 frequency enhancement in its current state. X68: a few stops added. Due to the drivers preferring to drive via Brixton when it is non stop, perhaps a bus stop there. Also, maybe one at Elephant and Castle. A bus stop, especially in Brixton, would draw people away from the unpleasant 250/109 if they’re just looking for a route that will take them to Croydon. N91: diverted to serve Muswell Hill via W7 then via Alexandra Park Rd to continue serving Wood Green. W7: extended to Cockfosters via N91 and renumbered 391, weekly night service permanently removed 106: Extended to North Finchley via W7 and 134, 24 hr weekends if reinstated 91: Extended to Muswell Hill Gives Crouch Enders and Muswell Hill residents links to more stations and a wider variety at that i.e. Trafalgar Sq and Whitechapel, also giving the area another daily night route

The 316 could be extended to Brent Park, decked and the 332 withdrawn to reduce overbussing Reduce overbussing? Seriously, for what? Route 332 was introduced to assist route 16 and replace route 316 between Cricklewood and Brent Park and has been very successful in the 14 years it's existed. First, route 316 between Cricklewood and White City is fine as it is, however I do agree that it needs to be decked, but residents along (I believe Latimer Road) won't allow it, which I think is just silly as the route has no physical restrictions. Second, if you withdraw 332 then you'd need to increase the frequency of route 16 which has recently had its frequency reduced. I've driven the 16 on many occasions and having 332 as its support between Edgware Road and Cricklewood is very useful.

I don't think adding extra stops to the X68 would serve any real purpose and I think the route is unlikely to survive anyway. I think the W7 is one of those routes that's fine as it is and I don't think extending the 106 would be viable and of course there is a low bridge in the way.

There reason to merge the 32 and 316 and that is to have Cricklewood to Kilburn not be over bussed. I don’t know if a Queensbury to White City is needed all I know is that it will create a new link. But I haven’t Routed 32 via North Kensington I have routed it via the 228. If you think that this is ridiculous what do you think TfL will do with the cuts. The only reason why dds can’t go past North Kensington is because of residents which probably can be dealt with. DDs can go past North Kensington as there are not physical restrictions. The reason why dds can’t go past North Kensington is to do with the residents which can be dealt with. Why does 186 make zero sense it creates a new link.

Couple points I'll make - The 22 extension to Barnes is simply not needed. The section has a severe lack of demand and would suffice with only one route, in this case your combined 485/533 route. - I think Victoria/Westminster to the City is an important cross-Central London link which you would be breaking by cutting back the 11. I would in general support the idea of the 9 running further east but not at the expense of the 11. - Don't think the 14 really needs to go any further than Russell Square. TCR to Kings Cross is provided by the 73 and 390 and Russell Square to Kings Cross is provided by the 91. From general observations (correct if wrong) the 10 wasn't used nearly as much as TFL had hoped on its solo section through Russell Square. Its a convenient stand for the 14 and brings it away from the traffic it faced terminating at Warren Street. - Your 272/283 idea is alright but you are putting more stress on the single deck-limited 72 for the direct Shepherds Bush-East Acton link (the 95 does also connect East Acton but its not very accessible to most East Acton residents), and with stretches in Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush Road, Uxbridge Road, East Acton and Chiswick High Road, this already indirect route will be sure to suffer a lot of delays. - I have positives and negatives for the N190 idea (after initially thinking it was crazy but I have slightly come around to it). I think Feltham would be better served at night from the Hounslow direction rather than the Twickenham one but it could work, and create a new suburban night link. However, I think the N190 would serve Richmond better than the N22, creating a new, direct, quick Hammersmith/Chiswick-Richmond night link. But I'd still retain the N22, and divert it at Mortlake via Mortlake Station (level crossing won't be a problem anyway), East Sheen and Sheen Road to Richmond and getting rid of the N33. The N190 would roughly retain Sheen-Hammersmith (the N33's routing is incredibly indirect at the moment anyway) and the section west of Richmond is maintained by the 281 and N22. You're also giving East Sheen a direct link to Central London.

W7: extended to Cockfosters and renumbered 391 N91: diverted to serve Muswell Hill and continue to Cockfosters 106: Extended to North Finchley via W7 and 134 91: Extended to Muswell Hill Gives Crouch Enders and Muswell Hill residents links to more stations and a wider variety at that i.e. Trafalgar Sq and Whitechapel, also giving the area another daily night route Interesting idea for the 85 but really need buses starting at Putney Bridge Station for tube connections. I don't think adding extra stops to the X68 would serve any real purpose and I think the route is unlikely to survive anyway. Again, where do you pluck these statements from? The X68's loadings have been improving ever since lockdown finished and have been loading very well for months - you could argue it's in a better shape now as it's no longer rammed solid yet still busy enough to more than justify it's existence.

Trafalgar Sq and Whitechapel, also giving the area another daily night route Your 85/414 proposal is too lengthy to work, in fact I'd argue most of the above is wholly unworkable as the W7 exists in it's short form due to the volume of journeys that are undertaken from Muswell Hill to Finsbury Park which I presume is for onward tube connections and it's high frequency would likely overbus other corridors. A 106 to North Finchley is far too long and if it was to follow the W7, it would have to take a detour to avoid the low bridge at Finsbury Park The X68 running through Brixton is because it's quicker rather than driver preference. I don't think adding a stop in Brixton would draw people away at all - the 109 & 250 cater for a lot more journeys than simply people from Croydon to Brixton and Brixton also has the Victoria Line where people change to carry on. The X68 is primarily there to link communities south of West Norwood who have no nearby station to use

Reduce overbussing? The White City to Cricklewood section of the 316 is not fine. It needs Double deckers as it a busy section. Only if you bothered to read my post properly.
