The 333 needs it's current frequency personally - remember that the 133 doesn't support it between Brixton & Oval where the 333 splits away to Stockwell. The Brixton Hill corridor has had a large amount of frequent routes even in previous decades where the bus network had falling patronage. The other issue with terminating the 270 at St Leonard's Church is it misses any important objectives in Streatham as it's coming from the west. These objectives are to serve either the area around Becmead Avenue where all the shops are or to serve Streatham Station & the Tesco Extra which is a big pull from buses. Speaking strictly on your Streatham issue the 270 could ideally terminate at Streatham Hill Station where the 255 used to terminate, although i'm not sure on the length of that stand....can it take two buses or just one? Personally i reckon the 270 would be more useful with an extention/reroute from the Mitcham area to Pollards Hill, creating a direct bus link between that heavily residential area and Tooting (that bit easier for Saint George's Hospital punters). I agree with the 333's frequency in that it should be left alone, especially with additional factors of heavy loadings at its first stop at Tooting Broadway...even more so from any punters coming off the 131 which terminates where the 333 starts.

The 127 has helped a bit going DD and every 10 mins but demand is still very high from Tooting Broadway back to Southcroft Road area.

14 - withdrawn between Green Park and Russell Square and rerouted to Oxford Circus. Extended from Putney Heath to Roehampton Vale Asda via Tibbets Corner and A3. To decrease journey times between Putney and Oxford Circus and to link Roehampton Vale with central London 22 - withdrawn between Oxford Circus and Sloane Square, and Putney Bridge south side and Putney Common. Extended to Raynes Park via 93 to Wimbledon (Parkside Avenue), Cannizaro Road, Westside Common, Woodhayes Road, 200 to Raynes Park (without the Copse Hill double run). To link Raynes Park with Putney and Central London. Cutting the 22 to Sloane Square is viable because there is the 19 from Chelsea to connect as far as Green Park. 19 - rerouted between Tottenham Court Road and Angel via 14 to Russell Square, Euston and King's Cross. To maintain links lost by 14. Passengers as far as Hyde Park Corner can continue their journey as far as Highbury on the 38. 30/38 - routes swapped between Angel and Canonbury. So that the 38 can match the 19's route between Hyde Park and Higbury. (Due to the 19's rerouting) 74/430 - merged, but withdrawn between Baker Street and Marble Arch without replacement, to improve reliability. Rerouted between Putney Bridge and Dover House Road via 22 to Putney Common, Queen's Ride and South Circular Road. To link Barnes with Central London, and to provide Queen's Ride with a bus route. Route will be numbered 74 and operates from Marble Arch to Roehampton. Replaces the 414 between South Kensington and Marble Arch 414 - withdrawn between Marble Arch and South Kensington, and between Putney Bridge and Fulham Broadway. Rerouted to Mitcham via 28 to Wandsworth, 270 to Mitcham. To make the 414 more useful rather than duplicating the 14, and also to retain the link between Wandsworth and Mitcham, to increase capacity on Garratt Lane, and to link Mitcham to central London. 270 - withdrawn between Tooting (Amen Corner) and Mitcham. (Replaced by 414). Rerouted to Streatham, St Leonard's Church. To link Putney and Wandsworth with Streatham. 414/270: Whilst part of Garrett Lane needs extra capacity I’d argue that a small extension to the 28 or 220 to Earlsfield Station would be sufficient. As by that point the 77 joins the 44 and 270 to Tooting. Rerouting the 414 via the 28 would also way over bus Old York Road. Rerouting the 270 would also over bus Southcroft Road and Mitcham Lane. I don't think there is room in Earlsfield to stand or turn until Wimbledon Road. Also extending the 28/220 to Earlsfield would be quite useless other than cater to a few people going from Wandsworth to Earlsfield, the majority of the crowds go to Tooting so it would just be leaving people in Earlsfield just to crowd onto the 44/77/270

I agree with the Pollards Hill idea, St Leonard's Church won't really achieve much and continuing further down to Streatham Hill or to Streatham Station will just subject it to more traffic at bad times

New route 475 operating between North Woolwich and Aldborough Hatch via Beckton, Barking, and Seven Kings. This would create a regular bus service on Aldborough Road South to link to Seven Kings then Barking. The route would run every 12 mins with a PVR of 12. Here's the link to the visual. www.youtube.com/watch?v=kgVnPQTYyDQ

Again with the 22, interesting idea but I think the 93 is generally adequate. I can see some merit in your idea for the 19 although rerouting the 38 might be seen as a step too far. Pros and cons with the 74/430 rerouting, obviously the High Street would no longer be served. Interesting idea for the 414, wouldn't the 270 to Streatham be a bit excessive in addition to the 57 and 333?

For 14 I always want it to return to King's Cross as it will restore the Knightsbridge to King's Cross link Piccadilly Line covers that, I think restoring at link between King's Cross and Waterloo is a bigger priority. I think the 14 is more likely to be cut to Piccadilly Circus.

A suggestion for the 21/271 proposals - not that different, but could be less confusing. Also involves a few other changes that had been rumoured before.
12 - Extended from Oxford Circus to Marylebone via the 453.
21/453 - Merged to operate between Oxford Circus and Lewisham. Night service to match but continuing to Bexleyheath.
271 - Cut back to Holloway, and extended from Moorgate to New Cross or Deptford Bridge. N271 to extend to Highgate or Finchley if needed.

All rather 'swings and roundabouts' really, I can't see much point in replacing the Marylebone section of the 453 with the 12 as they both have similar frequencies and lengths of route although I can see some merit in rerouting the 453 to Lewisham replacing the 21, and obviously the 271 route number would be unfamiliar in SE London.

TfL would probably rather just cut the 94
