I doubt it, the extra bus has probably been added to allow the peak frequency to be restored to every 30 minutes. And I still maintain that it will be an extra school journey! (preferably both morning and afternoon, but likely just morning) Presumably the 481D school journeys operated by Transport UK will remain.

It would be a huge mistake if the 481D was to be withdrawn, these services are vital and always at capacity. Students are already being left behind. Honestly it's a service that works just as it is, one additional school journey each way and it will serve the needs of every user perfectly.

To help out the 483. 79: I thought the 79 could have been sent down towards Park Royal in order to replace some of the 224 considering how weird the routing of that bus is, though I wouldn’t continue to Willesden Junction. 218: Relatively similar to another idea of mine, but I would deck the 218 & have it run to Wembley First Way directly via the 440 to Wembley after Acton High St, with the 440 returning onto its old route at Twyford Ave. Perhaps the 440 could takeover the 224 to Alperton Sainsburys, including doing the double run at Twyford Abbey Road under this scenario, or take over the Park Royal-St Raphael’s section of the 224. 245: Would prefer to keep it as it is, the 297 does get quite busy but I would prefer not to send more buses down Bilton Road/Horsenden Lane South due to how narrow those roads are. 395: The roadworks near Greenford Station currently taking place would likely make this route more preferable but once they clear the 395 can remain on its current routing. 440: If the 218 is to replace the 440 to Wembley the 440 would be preferable to send on either section of the 224. 479: Interesting routing but I would not send it down the 297 for the same reasons stated as the 245, the route could go on Alperton Lane & Manor Farm Road instead though. E5: Would keep as it is, definitely no need to extend it to Central Middlesex Hospital. E9: Also not needed to be extended via the 483, the 483 does get busy but the optimal way to increase capacity is to put the 112 onto its old route & deck it.

For the most part Horsenden Lane South isn’t narrow, it’s mainly the turn onto Bilton Road which is narrow. How would you sort out the parked cars on Bilton Road though?

153 Bus Route Proposed Minor Extension:
153 extended to Harringay Superstores: via (A1201) Stroud Green Road, Upper Tollington Park, (B150) Endymion Road, Green Lanes (Harringay).
The purpose of this small extension is to allow 1 bus running through Upper Tollington Park (better access to the back side of Finsbury Park) and also giving people a chance to take a shortcut from Holloway/Finsbury Park to Harringay through the B150 instead of the heavy traffic between Manor House Station and Harringay Green Lanes.
Also, since the 153 is a SD, it can run under the bridge at Finsbury Park Station which is beneficial.

Proposals to rework the current Superloop network, before any additional routes are introduced, with other changes on the associated corridors. The main change is pushing the northern section further out, serving some more major town centres rather than places like Kingsbury, North Finchley, Arnos Grove, Silver Street etc. The current section between Kenton and South Woodford would no longer be served in this case by express routes, but a lot of this does use the North Circular so is somewhat faster anyway, and I would suggest to keep any capacity increases on these sections. Though I think the 125 is probably adequate between Hendon and North Finchley. Note that I would suggest for Walthamstow to still be served by the Superloop, but instead as part of an inner loop, linking to places like Tottenham and Stratford.
Routes SL1, 34, 191, and W8 SL1 - Number used for a separate new route between Edgware and Chingford, via Barnet and Enfield. 34 - Route split, operating between North Finchley and Walthamstow (as per the current SL1 but serving all stops), and between Barnet and Edmonton. 191 - Route split, with the 191 operating between Enfield and Walthamstow Central, via current route to Edmonton Green, then to Angel Corner and the 34 to Walthamstow. And a new route 391 between Brimsdown and Edmonton Green, via the current 191 to Enfield, then the W8. W8 - Withdrawn, mostly replaced by the 191/391. Plus the W6 extended to Lee Valley, and the 329 extended to Chase Farm.
Routes SL2, 169, 179, 366 and W13 SL2 - Revised to operate between Chingford and Barking Riverside, via Chingford Hatch, South Woodford, then the current SL2 to Barking, and continuing to Barking Riverside Station (with one intermediate stop at Thames View Estate). 179 - Revised to operate between Walthamstow Central and Ilford, via the current SL2 but serving all stops. W13 - Extended from Woodford Wells to Chingford via the 179, and converted to DDs. 366 - Rerouted at Gallions Reach to terminate at North Woolwich (instead of Beckton), covering the SL2's links here but with capacity better matched to demand. 169 - Extended from Barking to Beckton Station, via Barking Road and High Street South. Providing a more direct and higher capacity link between Ilford/Barking and Beckton.
Route SL3 No changes to the route. Ideally a pier should be built at Thamesmead, allowing for a passenger ferry to operate between Thamesmead and Barking Riverside. This would connect up the Superloop together, plus other new links between existing bus routes at both sides of the river. The ferry would also have the benefit of giving Thamesmead residents access to the Overground.
Routes SL4 and 335 SL4 - Not introduced, instead replaced by several routes through the Silvertown Tunnel to provide a greater variety of links, with interchange hubs at North Greenwich and Canning Town. The revised 129 could also operate at a slightly lower frequency to fund other extensions or new routes. 335 - Extended from Kidbrooke to Grove Park.
Routes SL5 and SL7 Possible terminus change to Sutton as proposed - but only if the SL5 can be converted to DDs, or at least 12m SDs with a higher frequency. Also additional stops added on the SL7 at Apex Corner (Hampton Sainsburys), Feltham Station (diverting via Hanworth Road and Hounslow Road) and Harlington Corner (Hatton Road North).
Routes SL6 and SL8 Routeings unchanged but removed from the Superloop brand, which should be focused purely on orbital links.
Route SL9 SL9 - Extended from Harrow to Edgware (via Kenton and Queensbury Circle), connecting to the revised SL1 there.
Routes 183 and SL10 SL10 - Withdrawn, with the Superloop instead operating further north via Edgware and Barnet. 183 - Route split, with the 183 operating between Harrow and Golders Green. The two routes would combine to provide a higher frequency between Harrow and West Hendon. 373 - New route between Pinner and Brent Cross, via the 183 to Kenton, then Draycott Avenue, Woodcock Hill and The Mall to Kingsbury Circle, then the 183 to West Hendon and 142 to Brent Cross. Providing new links to the area around Woodcock Hill, and introducing a direct Harrow to Brent Cross link.

Also, extended from Putney Heath to Kingston via 85. 85: 24hr withdrawn. extending the 14 doesn’t make any sense seen as it just covers the 85, which as a service already is well used. it would also take forever to get to central in the day. it also wouldn’t be very useful imo as kingston already has a connection to central london at night through the N87.
