Routes 301 and 633 are the only two double decker routes that go through a Hail and Ride Section along its route AFAIK. Not sure about others. Also, I believe route 291 is the only double decker route that converted from 8.9m single deckers

I doubt this is unique, but I don't know any other routes that encounter this but, the 154 and X26 are routes where you are bound to see horses and cows wandering around the Duppas Hill Park. I think you could see them with the 157, but just barely. I’m pretty sure one can see horses on the 372 as well On the 96, there is a farm on Upper Wickham Lane which has some horses, there was also an old ALX400 there, but it’s gone now. On the old routing before it was diverted to Darent Valley, there was a large swathe of farmland which had many animals. The eastbound 53 also passes the deer enclosure at Greenwich Park. Around the Yarnton Way roundabout, there will often be horses too.

The only Metroline routes to serve South London are the 168 and 295 at Old Kent Road and Clapham Junction.
Do expect them both to be lost however 😳 168 seems like a good candidate for Abellio now the 24/27 have been won 295 can be operated from a lot of operators too

Route U4 started off with MAs in 1989 but has since been double-decked. Actually route U4 does have a distinction of its own. It was among the routes involved in the First to Metroline sale in 2013. It has, uniquely so far among those routes, been converted from First vehicles to Metroline vehicles then back to First vehicles! (Ex-First TN/TP to Metroline VP to ex-First DN/TE).

I believe the C3 will be the first ever route which has been awarded to Tower Transit, and lost by Abellio. 328 could be doing the same but other way, just waiting for tender release.

Speaking of the C3, when it was converted to double-deck it still had a hail-and-ride section on Lots Road. This was converted to fixed stops after a few years.
Not only did C3 go straight from Solos to Tridents, it had a frequency increase less than a year afterwards!
C2 is another example of a route that started out with very small buses (Optare Citypacers on VW chassis) and ended up with double-deckers, although unlike the C3 it had graduated to 10.1m Darts before being 'decked.

Do you mean WS? If so no as you've got the 39 and 219 in those boroughs. Nope, any buses which are "WF" - Wheel Forward of the door such as the 8.8m WS's and Solo's oh dear 🤦♂️. Thanks.
