AC (Willesden) has three routes that all start at the garage and head into Central London (which I define as zone 1). BN rivals that with the 59, 137 & 319 all starting at BN and finishing within Zone 1

Which bus route passes the most bus garages? The 36 / 436 does 3 (Walworth, Camberwell, new cross). Think there are a few more which do 3 but keen to know it any bus does more The N89 passes the actual sites of 3 garages and 1 Outstation and near Q MR - Manor Road BX - Bexleyheath NX - New Cross Q - Camberwell (Near) WL - Walworth

Ok this is only temporary but while lots of routes divert over Lambeth Bridge the only bridge to only have single decker buses crossing over it will be Hampton Bridge. I guess you could say Chiswick but VWs are so common on the 190 that one is bound to appear on the route during the time Vauxhall Bridge is having work.

Are there any routes that you could literally walk from 1 terminus to the other terminus using the quickest walking route and beat the bus. 191 Brimsdown to Edmonton Green is one as well as R3 Princess Royal Hospital to Orpington Station Don’t R9 because thats a circular service which would take 0 minutes

Another one being the 46.

For East London, walking the 376 from East Ham to Beckton Bus Station is way quicker than riding on the 376 end to end. Newham in general seems to be rife for these sorts of routes. You could quite possibly walk from Manor Park to Stratford and beat the 104 too, oh and once the 325 is extended to Beckton Park you'll probably be able to walk that as well. There's a few routes in East where you can probably partially beat them. With the 241 you could probably get off at the Balaam St/Barking Road junction and walk to Hermit Road. With the 62 you could probably get off at the Lodge Avenue flyover and walk and beat the bus to Gascoigne Estate. With the 366 you might just about be able to get off at Sainsburys and beat it by walking to Beckton Station but I don't think you'll be able to do that with the 262 due to the fact it doesn't go via Cyprus to take time.

Another one being the 46. Don’t think you can beat the 46, it’s way too long. I think the 46 would get there first, but walking should not take any longer of about 20 minutes than the original route. If you walked from Lancaster Gate, there are loads of ways you can follow the 94 and then the ex-25 route which is much quicker, or follow the 18 to Euston, King’s Cross and walk which the 46 does already from King’s Cross.
