Biden has won! I'm slightly worried just how Trump will react he is very unstable. News says he has gone to his golf course in Sterling, Virginia I pity the person playing with him when he is told he has lost Apparently he is on his way back to the Whitehouse now after hearing the news, not sure how exactly he found out but I'd have hated to be with him at that moment. Time for a new dawn on the USA, and quite frankly the world. It just shows that people like Trump, Putin, Boris, Modi and the likes will certainly not triumph.

That honestly gets on my nerves. Everything he's done has got on my nerves. Reading all of these trending tweets and hearing what people say on the news puts a big fat smile on my face. What I don't understand is how 70 million people voted for someone who is blatantly racist, homophobic, careless and useless. Trump will have until January, after that he can pack his bags. He may as well do so right now, but I won't be surprised if someone has to drag him out of the office when his time is up. Because those same people are racist, homophobic, careless and useless. We all mostly share the same opinion on Trump but I have to disagree with that statement - obviously there will be sizeable amount who are all those things but I can't accept that every one of the 70m who voted for him are those things. Some will be people who simply vote Republican all the time regardless whilst others may like one of the more serious and normal proposals such as around jobs - I mean some who voted Democrat this time voted for Trump in the last election.

His defeat is more embarrassing than that of George HW Bush in 1992. In 1992 the Republicans had already had 3 successive terms holding the Presidency, with Ronald Reagan having won in 1980 & 1984. However, Donald Trump's predecessor was of course Democrat Barack Obama.

This election seems to have prompted a huge #BorisOut movement on Twitter A member of Obama's press office also seems to have referred to Boris as a "shapeshifting creep" and talking about his slave-ish devotion with Trump.

Ahh, you read that same article as myself - past comments from Boris on Obama may come back to haunt him.

Paraphrasing a bit here, but didn't Biden agree with Trump's statement about Boris, where he said that he was a "emotional and physical clone" of Trump? That sure does not sound good for the future of us with the US if he can't come to terms with Boris, but I think Boris is a bit more reasonable than Trump, and more mature overall, at least...I hope...

Biden and Obama have a very special bond and Biden is apparently still upset by remarks made by Boris towards Obama when Obama removed a bust of Churchill from the White House office - now I don't agree with removing the bust as much as Churchill certainly had faults but the comments made by Boris weren't particularly helpful either.......as usual.

I think this is going to be a perfect example of always needing to watch your mouth with what you say, you never know what will haunt you in the future. Boris at the time would have never realised that he'd be a PM at a time where Biden is about to take the Presidency. I think Boris' words are finally going to catch up with him.

Than Trump? Obama was a much better President. Anyone can be a better president than Trump. Even you and me. As much as Trump was not everyone flavour, erm no at that statement. It could have been Kanye West

This tweet below sure aged well! I don't know how he thought he would win, besides, Twitter have censored everything he said until it was finally announced, and rightly so. His reaction will be hilarious. I wouldn’t be surprised if once the dust settles, Donald Trump will end up being banned from Twitter. So glad that crying buffoon has been kicked out of office! I doubt it, they earn millions out of his crazy tweets.

People are fed up of the carbon copy society and trying to make everyone 'one size fits all' it is one of the reasons why Trump got in there in the first place. It is sad that people would turn a blind eye to it and vote for him. They would be prepared to have a puppet there so that his pro business approach etc would suit them. The fact that they got many Cubans etc to vote Republican telling them that Biden was a socialist where they escaped socialism regimes were enough for them.

So why has Putin been there so many years and not been ousted and used corruption and vote rigging.

The BorisOut from the usual anti-capitalist left wing people. They have been trying all their tactics since he was made to run and thought their beloved Corbyn would have ruled supreme; look where that ended. The end of the day Boris is not like Trump and merely seems to do things that suits him best. Remember Boris was pro EU before, then he jumped on the Brexit wagon as a means to excel to number 10. We had the same with Blair sucking up to Bush and unusually agreeing with many Republicans, when Obama came in, then it was a different tactic had to be played with the Blair and Brown with the Democrats.
