The hamlet of Hockenden which is located in the green belt between Swanley and St Mary Cray, just inside the London Borough of Bromley along the border with Kent has no bus services at all.

Brixton has got 21 (2, 3 , 35, 37, 45, 59, 109, 118, 133, 159, 196, 250, 322, 333, 345, 355, 415, 432, P4 and P5) Lewisham has 22 and (unlike Brixton) I'm fairly sure all pass one location (Junction of A20 Lewisham High Street / Belmont Hill / Lewis Grove) 21/47/54/75/89/108/122/136/178/181/185/199/208/225/261/273/284/321/380/436/484/P4 this isnt true that they dont pass through the same location. all of them either go past or right through the high street.

They do pass through that location which is the junction they described in their post. Some routes only serve it in one direction but they still pass through regardless

I live in Brixton and have done so for 30+ years so I can assure you there isn't one junction where all 21 routes pass through - for example, the 345 passes through the police station junction but not through the town hall, 37 & P5 do the opposite, 322 doesn't pass through the town hall junction either.

Elm Park ( district line), nice area, nice Indian takeaway, but not exactly bustling has 4 routes, 372, 365, 252 and 165. Whereas Seven Kings a bustling area next to Ilford just has the 86 ...from Disgruntled of Seven Kings!

The hamlet of Hockenden which is located in the green belt between Swanley and St Mary Cray, just inside the London Borough of Bromley along the border with Kent has no bus services at all. there was a bus called the 402 from Tunbridge wells to Bromley North but now it only goes to sevenoaks which would confuse as a kid until i realised. it was operated by Arriva Kent and Surrey.

The opening post states Totteridge having just 1 route.
This amused me as I changed buses at Totteridge yesterday (from route 326 to route 251).

Would the complaints about the 402 being cut back to Sevenoaks be from "Disgusted of Tunbridge Wells", by any chance? Better than a Mr. Fightthegoodfightoffaith speaking out against theatre (Horrible Histories reference)
