Before anyone says it, yes she would have a more biased view since her son was interested in joining the Conservatives and I think she had campaign for Boris when he was mayor of London. But the point on Khan and policing is not wrong.Mother of aspiring young lawyer who was stabbed to death makes personal attack on Sadiq KhanThe mother of an aspiring young lawyer who was stabbed to death last month today made a personal attack on Sadiq Khan, saying he had failed in his job to keep the streets of London safe.www.standard.co.uk/news/crime/mother-jasna-badzak-lawyer-stabbing-attack-sadiq-khan-b923527.html

It is sickening, that people do these pathetic things, I guess the jacket had some value and the people wanted to steal it without paying. It is a shame that this has happened, walked past that house many times over the years. I have to agree with you on this about Khan, he has not done enough with policing in London, I do not know if it is down to his relationship between him and the commissioner, but if he felt she was not doing the job, he should have replaced her long time ago. The Commisioner is chosen by the Home Secretary and not the mayor. interestingly today Priti Patel has suggested Cressida manhood’s D’s contract won’t be renewed next April.

I don't think Cressida D did much for the police force, she was alright, fair enough. She didn't make it worse which is probably the standard, but there's a lot to improve and none of this took place. I'd imagine at the time of her promotion that having a woman in charge of the country's most powerful police force looked promising, but I think that while it's good to see progression, we should always look at what's better for the country first. Sadly in this case Dame Cressida hasn't been the woman for it.

I won’t be surprised. Shawn Bailey is such a basket case of a candidate!

I saw a whole house plastered with Shaun Bailey support adverts! Do people even still do that. It was common back in the 80s putting political party support posters in house windows

Just reading the comments section about the poll says similar to what I have said. People are only going to vote for Khan as a poor opposition. I simply would NEVER do that, if you let me down, plain and simple I would NOT vote for you. I voted Khan, he let me down, I would not vote for him again, I would rather vote Bailey, Farah or raving monster looney party.

www.standard.co.uk/news/mayor/boris-johnson-tory-london-mayor-elections-shaun-bailey-b925970.htmlThis was the funniest article I read, I think someone really needs to tape Bailey's mouth shut unless he has a paper of what to read in front of him. He's literally gone and said Boris is happy to help rescue his campaign. I've not heard a politician before claim that their own campaign is going down in flames in recent history. He's basically admitted that his campaign is a failure now. The blame seems to be generally against the media giving him negative press, but surely it doesn't take up much to work out why. The Daily Mail and Evening Standard are notable Tory supporting papers and even if they don't seem to be supporting Bailey then who actually will? I was toying with giving Bailey my second preference vote, but the past few days alone has shown exactly why he doesn't deserve it. Just need to decide whether to go with Farah or the LibDems or Greens.
