Which is your least favourite bus operator? Mine is probably Abellio London. I don't really like the fleet and I think they are quite unreliable. Unreliable? They've an okay positioning in the TfL operator league tables, better than many other operators.

Lol, Abellio unreliable - Abellio operate in my area and they do a fair job on most routes as do Arriva & Go-Ahead. I also have one Stagecoach route and despite the issues the P4 faces, I think Stagecoach do a reasonable job as well.

This is just my opinion really based on what I see around my area, where all we have are Metroline, Abellio and RATP! My least favourite is Metroline, with one of the reasons being this: I mean sure I love their interior colours (blue and yellow/gold looks good!) but compared to Abellio and London United their buses are often dirty, with the 117s E200s having poorly fitted blinds (manual as well). Also, a couple of the Gemini 2s (VW1045 and one or two others) have also received the wrong rear brake lights (ones with indicators on them which are usually used for the top). For some reason they never got round to refurbishing VW1069-72 which all look quite tired and in dire need of a respray. VW1830 and 1836 also look very tired, with the moquette inside looking completely worn out (all loose and faded) The last thing I will say is that their resprays look terrible (the ex TT Gemini 3s most notable), probably because painting the whole thing red is cheaper than taking the time to reinstate black highlights (eg the pillars between windows) but then again, I am comparing them to RATP who mostly (not including some of the ADEs or DLE30026) keep all black highlights, for example the SN60 DLEs look amazing as well as the recently refurbed B5LH G2s. (I do know that most operators like to respray their buses fully red)

Expecting a lot of Tower Transit bashing in this thread.

Expecting a lot of Tower Transit bashing in this thread. I don't actually think that will happen, I wouldn't put Tower down as my least favourite operator here (despite everything I say about them ) simply because while service is poor, their buses are honestly an amazing standard.

I do have to say I think this poll is a bit flawed. Go Ahead and RATP are split into subsidiaries while Abellio, Stagecoach, Metroline and Arriva are not.

Expecting a lot of Tower Transit bashing in this thread. You won't get it from me because TT is my 3rd favourite company, just for their excellent interior layout with green poles, which is basically my favourite colour.

It was slightly tounge in cheek;) I actually like them and agree about presentation standards.

Wouldn't call the 201 & P13 the most reliable of routes (Unless things have vastly improved over the last 1-2 years since I used to commute on them)

Also in terms of least favourite company, I'm going with UNO because of how they only operate one TfL route in London and despite branding their small fleet, their refurbished interior looks no better than it did before.
I also personally think that 383 and it's existing E200s will be awarded to Sullivan Buses in it's next contract, as UNO haven't managed to win anything else but that's just me.

Uno won the 692/99 school route recently and I understand they've bidded for other routes too. Personally I think the refurbished Enviros on the 383 look really smart.

They've got the 692 & 699 with electric BYD's? Personally think the TfL generic interior is pretty smart

Why is Metroline the worst? Out if all of them I would say Metroline, Arriva and Go-Ahead are the best. They seem to be the ones that look after their buses.
