The Man City investigation will not be concluded this season ... any punishment is likely next season, or maybe the one after that! Looks like normal service has resumed as City return to the top of the table. Don't want the Prem to become as predictable as NFL or Scottish football with the same powerful teams winning each season  I'll take some solace in knowing Spurs are the only North London team to beat them at home  Let's see if Conte will get sacked if Spurs slip up against the Hammers on Sunday. Don't really want a "starstruck" Conte leading us out against Milan at home next month  The NFL took a stray bullet there. That is not predictable and the way it works it encourages parity with the drafting and salary cap. There are sometimes just special players that carry teams. I think the Bundesliga would have been a better example. Arsenal just not getting the luck recently and it evens out. The key is Nketiah (who I like) should have done better and score that early chance and the game is different. Tomorrow, early kick off, Unai Emery. Massive for Arsenal or it could slip away quickly. |

Conte has gone back for surgery after underestimating the seriousness of his illness. He could be out for a while.
Regarding Spurs I don't think they have any hope this season, they won't get top 4, they simply aren't good enough and will probably aim for top 6. Harry Kane is loyal but if he leaves I dread him going to Man City

It had been widely announced that he had been found safe but sadly that wasn't the case, it's understandable that mistakes will be made in the awful circumstances in Turkey. Hopefully there will be respects paid to him at games this weekend. |
