I think Conte will be gone at the end of the season if not before and time is running out for Harry Kane if he wants to win something, and what's happened to Son? Tottenham have broken my heart again... this isn't even a rant about the missing ENRs on the 318 for once I thought Conte's return would frighten the horses, I was correct. At least Gargamel Stellini tried, but the same tepid performance, poor substitutions made late as usual, and desperation in dying moments as the majority of his games... Conte might as well get on the train at Seven Sisters with the rest of the Milan fans tonight and sod off What do you expect from a serious bottlers teams

As for Harry Kane and Son, I think they're wasting their career at Tottenham. Loyalty comes at a price to pay, to some extent it's only worth being loyal if you're achieving success at the club. Otherwise might as well find somewhere else that actually wins trophies like Man City. Rooney spent 13 years at Man Utd (Everton was his boyhood club though) but this was mostly under Sir Alex Ferguson and the club won trophies almost every year. Tottenham haven't won a trophy since Gordon Brown was in power, and that is saying something about how bad they are at being consistent. No good having some superb matches if you're going to capitulate in the second half of the season

Gary Lineker told to step back from presenting Match of the Day over criticising the governments new asylum policy. Alan Shearer, Ian Wright, Micah Richards, Alex Scott, Jermaine Jenas and Mark Chapman so far have said that they will not take part in March of the Day. There may not be any MOTD tomorrow. Watch how the BBC u-turn this.

If he leaves the BBC he can say whatever he wants but it seems that he wants to have his cake and eat it too and if Shearer, Wright and Co want to down tools in protest then let them, do we really need these overpaid pundits telling us the obvious?

It's modern day football nowadays, I don't have that same love for football as I did all them years ago when social media wasn't about. Most pundits would rather lie on air than say it as it is. The same goes for journalists, you should be allowed to ask questions you want to know, but most are told you can only ask this particular question. Like football as a whole, the game is finished. Overeating bang average footballers and putting them all on ridiculous wages. It's all about having nice hair, tats and drip. Just god willing my team win the league title in May. 19 years has been too long.

If you think MOTD is bad, Sky Sports is so much worse, absolute rip off, so glad I ended my contract with them all them years ago.

Was alright for Andrew Neil, a former Political commentator and involved with The Spectator magazine who spoke on Twitter, Jeremy Clarkson who had a column in at least one paper and a regular on Twitter as well as the guys in charge of the BBC who have both been involved financially with the Conservatives or particular Tory prime ministers. Gary Lineker made his comment on Twitter which he doesn’t get paid for - he is only being made an example because he is paid the most at the BBC and because unlike the people I’ve previously listed, isn’t right wing or right leaning.

I've got a smashing headache due to a busker on my train home yesterday A win today might cheer me up, but I doubt it

MOTD will feel bizarre without presenters or pundits. However I agree that Lineker should remain impartial, just because he's a sports presenter, doesn't mean that he can get away with this
