Unfortunately Conte has been sacked for speaking the truth in addition to poor performances. Conte whilst his tactics weren't great, I say it's more of a problem with Daniel Levy. Spurs are a failure of a club because they keep switching managers. Arsenal finished below Tottenham last season yet Arteta wasn't sacked, despite not achieving Champions League football, yet this season they'll most likely win the league whilst Tottenham will end the season trophyless and possibly without Champions League football this year. Arsenal and United have massively improved from last year with United winning a possible 3 trophies this year. Haaland is phenomenal at City. Spurs are becoming a joke club and everyone will be laughing at them, especially Arsenal fans, when they bottle almost every game this season. And to think a lot of spurs fans were talking about how they won in the transfer window in the summer 😂😂

I'll award a partial credit for your essay, but in truth Conte knew what he was getting into as managers do talk to each other and Mourinho would have been vocal with his shock dismissal. Conte did well to remove some of the dead wood, such as Ndombele, Dele, but was not happy with how Levy operates. Well, duh If you don't like seeing AA vans, don't own a Range Rover. Some things like cheap or unknown signings are just the way Levy is, he's an accountant with a sprawling property portfolio. His job was to get a tune out of the team. His working players on the training ground until they vomit was not a good strategy. Yes some of them are are as spoilt as Islington after their LTN scheme, but he was doing too much moaning publicly. It first started with Burnley. Perhaps he thought it would shame Levy into buying the players he wanted. Tottenham is a long term project, you cant spend like Chelsea and transform the squad overnight, these ex Chelsea coaches had unlimited Russian funds where they were. Tottenham is shopping at Iceland and B&M, rather than Waitrose and M&S. Conte suits a ready made squad. Same with Mourinho. Arteta was given time to build his team, despite some calling for his head. Key thing is Arteta never whinged publicly about his lot in life when being paid a fortune. Perhaps Sir David Attenborough will do a short documentary on Conte's time at the club, called Walking with Dinosaurs

Do you know the wildest thing about this. Even in Tottenham's best years in recent times we still managed to bag more trophies than they did. I can't wait to shout happy St Totteringham's day again after SEVEN years.

I can't wait to shout happy St Totteringham's day again after SEVEN years. The truth is Tottenham aren't a great club, they're definitely out of Liverpool and Man City's league. In the past 10 years, Chelsea, Liverpool and United have won at least one European trophy, all won the PL at least once, Arsenal have won a fewFA cups, City have won (bought) the league almost every season, whereas where are Tottenham? Trophyless for 15 years, no league title since the days of John F Kennedy being the president, the one season where they had a chance to win the league was in 2015/16, but no they bottled it by handing Leicester the title, and also Arsenal a 2nd place position. Spurs are yet again going on a managerial merry go round so it will be interesting to see who they appoint next

I think that they made a mistake regarding the timing of Conte's sacking? Why do it now when there's still the top 4 to play for? They should really be getting a temporary manager for now, and then in the summer look for a permanent one. The top 4's not exactly out of reach and whilst I do think that Conte wasn't the right man going into next season, I think the sacking was a little premature

The top 4's not exactly out of reach and whilst I do think that Conte wasn't the right man going into next season, I think the sacking was a little premature It speaks volumes that the squad welcomed Cristian Stellini with open arms, and felt relief Antonio (and his brother) were no longer around. It would be hard to motivate 11 men you called "selfish" ahead of a must-win clash if you return as if nothing's happened We know it's another supply teacher at the school, but hopefully the kids will learn something before school breaks up in June Like Vantage powered VLA100, Conte at Tottenham had reliability problems from the get-go. A very meek surrender against unknowns NS Mura in the Europa Conference, followed by complaints over Covid, then tantrums in Burnley told us all we needed to know His record in Italy isn't exactly glowing, the words "mutual consent" and "resignation" crop up frequently every 2 years or so. Even Italian papers talk of the "Tottenham Divorce", and say work in England is over. Hopefully the next recruitment won't be a drawn out saga of 74 days where we are "romantically linked" to every out of work coach across Europe, like football's Jennifer Aniston

"Tottenham Job Centre's story is this! There's no fire in their eyes... 20 minutes I've been waiting, I got nothing!"

But him going on like that was practically saying I am NOT coming back and would NOT be returning, go find someone else to do your dirty work.

Fabio Paratici's been banned from ALL football by FIFA and looks like he'll be forced out of Spurs Thankfully he had a Plan B and has already updated his LinkedIn page Circus of a football club. Like Georgio Chiellini once said "It is the history of the Tottenham".

Nothing surprises me anymore when it comes to Daniel Levy. Even Juventus sacked all their directors as soon as the news broke in Italy. Paratici has not been that great, most of the players he bought for Conte spent each game on the bench. Hopefully this is Levy's undoing and he will sell up or be forced out.

I take it you're a Spurs fan? Coming from an Arsenal fan like myself, Spurs will not go anywhere and be successful unless there fans demand for change but there's no enough of them doing it. Daniel Levy isn't going to sell, the only way he goes is if the fans force him out. Like, hopefully we (Arsenal) win the league but even if we do win it, I still want most of the hierarchy out of the club. It is only now that we've actually started to act like a big club.

Yep, Spurs fan, we celebrate each 259 Derby when we meet and occasionally beat you, but things have unravelled long before Conte's tantrum. Daniel Levy's love of bargains has made us the bridesmaid, never the bride for too long. What's the point of a great stadium with nothing inside it? We've no idea where we're going, like blindless ENR6... it's a farce. The Paratici farce encapsulates everything, I hope it's Levy's downfall now. He should have sold up ages ago.

Yep, you lot are proper dusted. I mean you usually beat us at your stadium but that ended this year when we won at your ground for the first time since 2014 but when you come to the Emirates you always know you're going to lose as you never beat us only once in 30 years you've beaten us at home. It's mad how many managers Levy has sacked with some being baffling. The Mourinho one was the most baffling one of all, you sack him a week before the League Cup final, a competition he's one twice with Chelsea and Man United. This is one of the things that show that he's has no ambition for your and just cares about the top four and Champions League knowing you ain't going to win anything. Your only trophies this year are Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Wizkid and that Go-Karting track you're getting installed underneath in the stadium car park I believe and its truly embarrassing/laughable. Don't get me wrong, when it comes to business, he's great at getting deals/sponsorships done but when it comes to football, he ain't got a scooby.
