What has happened to make the ride quality between Canning Town and Stratford so bumpy? It’s awful! Never used to be this bad! Same thing that has made the northern line completely deafening in the tunnels, a lack of proper maintenance.

Jubilee Line Night Tube recommences on Saturday 21st May, although initially there will be a reduced service due to the ongoing industrial action by RMT members. LU expects to run a minimum of three trains an hour over the entire line on Friday and Saturday nights.
The Jubilee Line Night Tube will connect with Night Overground (Highbury & Islington - New Cross Gate) at Canada Water, with the Victoria Line at Green Park and with the Central Line at Bond Street and Stratford.
Night Tube on the Piccadilly and Northern Line is still on hold due to staff resources, but it is hoped these routes will regain Night Tube during the Summer.

Are there plans for night tube bus links to start again e.g. 132N, 486N etc

Canning Town has a new announcement on the 1996 TS to add ‘City Hall’ as a reason to alight.
It is Sarah Parnell but still mimicking the style of the Central Line announcements (i.e. the inaudible announcements at Notting Hill Gate and Bank) and it just doesn’t sound very good (she sounds absolutely fine on the 2009 and S stocks…)
Ironically Canary Wharf hasn’t changed announcer and actually has ‘Elizabeth line’ recorded!

Would imagine the Canary Wharf (and therefore maybe also Stratford and Bond Street) had Celia record them when she was still around. I do agree though about Sarah being quite poor on the Canning Town announcement. I feel it would have been so much better if they just got around to rescripting the entire line with Sarah doing all the announcements instead.

Whatever happened to the very British BBC 1940s sounding announcer the jubilee line used to have a few years back only on non regular announcements , youtu.be/ZknJM2rxvnc

The Northern line was really bad between Kentish Town and Camden Town also Camden to Euston via the City branch but has gotten better in recent months.
