Considering this is fantasy, I would say...
Northern line
- Extend from High Barnet to Potters Bar via Hadley Wood - Northern Heights project restored with extension from Bushey Heath to Watford.
Jubilee line
- Branch off after North Greenwich and extend to Dartford via Charlton, Kidbrooke, Eltham and Bexleyheath.

Fantasy Overground services Romford - Upminster: Would be transferred to the Elizabeth line. Obviously for this to happen the Romford to Upminster line would need to be double track
Watford Junction to Euston: Would be extended to Sutton calling at Holborn, Waterloo, Elephant and Castle, Loughborough Junction, Herne Hill, Tulse Hill, Streatham, Mitcham Eastfields, Mitcham Junction, Hackbridge, Carshalton, Sutton. Would no longer serve Euston at street level but would instead divert underground. Would ascend back above ground after Elephant and Castle. Creates more North to South links and relieves the busy Euston to Waterloo corridor
Highbury and Islington to Crystal Palace: Would be extended to Clapham Junction calling at Gipsy Hill, West Norwood, Streatham Hill, Balham, Wandsworth Common, Clapham Junction
Highbury and Islington to West Croydon: Would be extended from Norwood Junction to Coulsdon Town calling at East Croydon, South Croydon, Purley Oaks, Purley, Reedham and Coulsdon Town. Would be extended from West Croydon to Epsom Downs calling at Waddon, Wallington, Carshalton Beeches, Sutton, Belmont, Banstead, Epsom Downs
Highbury and Islington to New Cross: Would be extended to Bromley North calling at St John's, Lewisham, Hither Green, Grove Park, Sunridge Park, Bromley North
Stratford to Richmond: Would be extended to Shepperton calling at St Margaret's, Twickenham, Strawberry Hill, Fulwell, Hampton, Kempton Park, Sunbury, Upper Halliford, Shepperton
Stratford to Clapham Junction: Would be extended to Hampton Court calling at Earlsfield, Wimbledon, Raynes Park, New Malden, Berrylands, Surbiton, Thames Ditton, Hampton Court.'
Gospel Oak to Barking Riverside: Would be extended to Dartford calling at Thamesmead, Abbey Wood, Bexleyheath, Barnehurst, Slade Green and Dartford. Would run completely on its own track as far as Bexleyheath, then take over the Southeastern to Dartford however would diver between Barnehurst and Slade Green to serve Slade Green.
It's important to note that none of these changes would be realistic. The majority would take over existing railway lines, and could also be branded as its own network like the tube is, with all the different coloured lines and line names.
