Have had a go at compiling a list, but it depends how we frame the question.
Taking the start point as the first privatisation (early Sept 1994), I reckon the following routes have remained with the same operator or its descendant (deep breath - it's a longer list than I thought):
2, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 21, 22, 23, 29, 32, 36, 37, 38, 39, 43, 44, 46, 47, 50, 53, 56, 62, 63, 71, 72, 73, 74, 77, 77A/87, 80, 83, 86, 88, 89, 93, 94, 97A/357, 98, 102, 111, 113, 121, 122, 124, 134, 136, 137, 137A/417, 143, 144A/144, 145, 149, 151, 154, 155, 163, 164, 169, 170, 171, 174, 177, 182, 186, 199, 204, 213, 219, 220, 221, 234, 236, 238, 240, 241, 243, 244, 247, 250, 253, 264, 274, 277, 279, 280, 281, 282, 294, 302, 312, 314, 319, 329, 330, 338/638, 355, 380, 384, 412, 450, 507, 521, 607, B16, H10, H11, H17, H22, H23/423, H32, H37, H91, H98, N8, N9, N16, N29, N73, N253, P4, P12, U1, U2, U4, W3, W7.

With a few caveats: - I've ignored routes that were created after the start date, otherwise it'd be a much longer list. - I've ignored the heritage service on the 9, and the Stagecoach operation of the Sunday 38. - I've included routes that will soon change hands (e.g. 63). - I was wondering if I should include the 390, as it is contractually a descendant of the 10, but decided against, because from a public point of view it's a new route. - Many of these routes have of course been switched between different subsidiaries of the same operating group.
The list does include a few routes that have changed hands via tendering in the past, but not since 1994, e.g. 62, 97A/357, 145, 236, P4.
Any corrections more than welcome!

Good lord. I don't yet know if that list is 100% accurate - it's going to take some checking! - but even if it's not, that's a superb effort at compiling a definitive list. I salute you, sir! (...and for what it's worth, those caveats seem quite sensible to me.)

N279 was introduced after the start date; in fact quite a few of today's night routes only started in the big night bus reshuffle of 1995/1996. Could argue that N279 is a direct descendant of the N90 though, in which case I'd add it to the list.
253 is on there already

The 184 (until recently) 41 (341 apart from a brief spell at First) Route 41 was lost from LBL Leaside / London Northern to London Suburban Bus in 1994, just before LBL privatisation. It was therefore not part of the LBL arena when its subsidiaries were privatised. After MTL acquired LBS owners Gemsam, in 1996 they surrendered route 41 to Cowie, now Arriva.

I mI have read on the RailUK Forums that the long standing 84 from New Barnet Potters Bar to St Albans is to be withdrawn in April. It is a cross boundary service operated by Metroline so not wholly in the TfL area. Being from the sticks means I don't know the area, so over to other posters!

Discussion going on in several threads about this - it's not actually clear if is being withdrawn or not. There's more news about this on the Metroline thread. It appears that Metroline has indeed announced its intention to withdraw route 84 at the beginning of April, and it notified the Trade Unions at the end of last week, drivers being informed shortly after. So this is in the public domain. Hertfordshire County Council has been in confidential discussions with operators to secure alternative services. It appears that other operators are willing to take on parts of the route, but not the route in its entirety. Little interest is being shown in the section between Potters Bar and New Barnet. It was run by London Country in 1982-86 so not from PB. I'm not sure it always even ran via Potters Bar.
