Some routes have been exclusively diesel. Only a few double-deck bus routes have never had a low-emissions bus working (whether battery-hybrid, smart-hybrid, electric, pantograph or hydrogen-powered) remain. 66, 89, 103, 121, 128, 132, 145, 150*, 169, 175, 191, 198, 247, 250, 279, 291, 294, 368, 370, 486, 498, N250. The 132 and 198 (and certainly the 250 and N250) will be next off the list with the new HAs. Which one will be the last? I'm predicting the 217 GY routes, 66, 103, 175 and 370. If I've missed any out, or any routes on my list have had the elusive working, let me know. 345? Pretty sure the only Diesel DD route to enter Zone 1. 476 should be the only Dubble deck diesel route to enter zone 1 oh and 36 with the odd WVL working.

345? Pretty sure the only Diesel DD route to enter Zone 1. It literally has hybrids daily. The question is about routes that have only every seen diesel buses Not only that but it will be fully hybrid operated once the 344's buses and the ex C3 buses return from WL.

The 452 also enters Zone 1 and is still allocated with diesels. The 18 and 44 also see regular diesel workings (the 185 was also allocated with a couple of Es until very recently).

Don’t the 129 and 329 count? Entering Zone 1? Neither enter Zone 1.
They also regularly use hybrids.

625 689 has never had a Hybrid. In addition other routes where double deckers appear but never low emissions vehicle 289 375, 411?, B16 The 289 has the possibility of a HA appearing on it.
126 152 163 164 165 312 355 423 487 R9 U7 Hybrids have appeared not sure if I’ve missed any. I know these are single decker routes just thought I would mention them.

The 476 is the only true fully allocated double decker diesel route within the ULEZ

Funny enough I spotted a 103 in Romford today! The DWs are starting to show their age and not helped by rather messy unaligned manual blinds creased at the edges.
