The 486 can now be removed from the list, having seen its first ever hybrid working (using MHV65) earlier today.

There have been very occasional visits by MHVs onto the 89, but they are still very rare, and tend to be later in the day covering for buses that go defective. BX don’t seem to like putting them out on normal routes unless they really have no other choice.

I imagine the turns the route has to make around Ponders End Station would prevent LT’s from going on it. That being said, the Green LT was on the route in December 2022 for 2 hours, though idk if it actually went on the route or was an accidental login.

Routes 247 & 498 can be removed as they've recently had an Electroliner operated on the said routes.

291 also had WHV154 do the route on 09-04-2023. So the only routes left are 66, 121, 150*, 175, 294 & SL7.

Thanks, I've updated the post. I couldn't find any proof of WHV154 on the 291, however.
Only eight routes left, with three due for HVs in the not so distant future.
It's a fight between 121, 191 (not convinced the LT working happened instead of being a login), 291, 294 and SL7 (though WHVs did work the X26).
121 just got retained with diesels for three years, LTs seem too long for the route and perhaps the 279's buses may not fit. The 291 is tight and only take its Es. I'm sure the 294 will see some of the Electroliners too, though I remember there being some tight turns.

The 291 has taken a WVL before, believe it only happened once and was in the early part of it's current contract. Is there length issues on the 121? 279's incoming buses are 10.6m, 0.2m longer than the DW's so not sure if that's enough of a difference to be problematic?

I’m sure I’ve seen some Stagecoach’s 56reg 10.8m E400s and Scania Learner buses run through the village a few times so I’m sure an Electroliner can get through

I am hoping we may start to see some Electroliners on the 279 at weekends ... at least Sunday, if not both days. Why keep them in the garage? Additionally it will offer the drivers an opportunity to get familiar with the vehicles before the big bang. Same goes for 250 or 289 at TH.
