363 towards Elephant & Castle has great views into Central London from Sydenham Hill. As an aside, I remember when the 63 served Sydenham Hill with Titans and they'd take forever to get up the hill! I remember riding the 2B as a kid as well as later on the 2 & 432 on L's up Central Hill and the roar of the Gardener engine is epic, such a great sound from back in the day. Sadly, my local T routes were mainly flat affairs though did have a great ride on a T on the 196 up Knights Hill during it's period where London General & London Central would be switching operation due to staff shortages I use to love riding the Cummin engined Metros up that hill on the Sunday 137s back in the late 1980s, although I was gutted that the one time i was on supped up M1104 from Oxford Circus it was showing Telford Avenue, never thus ever witnessing her performance on any inclines steeper than Brixton Hill.

Sadly, I didn’t get to that but I did get to ride Gardener M’s up Knights Hill towards the end of London General’s tenure

If I'm not mistaken there used to be a thread like this when I was under my old account on here. But one I'd say is 344 especially from Battersea to Liverpool Street, get to see the contrast between "new" London with Battersea Power Station and Nine Elms up to Liverpool Street and Monument, you also get to see nice views of the River Thames as well.

The 221 around Bittacy Hill is another one I can think of.

The 233 has some nice views of the fields along Maidstone Road, lots of farm animals there as well.

Not a typical greenery or hill view of Central London, but I really like the 92 between Wembley and Brent Park. The area around the stadium is very well kept and scenic, and then the TEs can get good speeds on the empty morning roads approaching Brent Park

Northern end of route 134 as far as Archway can be quite nice if you’re into the aesthetic of cottagecore and those village type homes and some carriageway roads Route W3 between Finsbury Park and Wood Green got greens and steep hills with nice views

Highgate Wood has got quite the scenery, Id say just at the start of Woodhouse Road it goes bland as it goes through the College onto North Finchley

65, 89, 99, 122, 371, 486 and B11. They go straight through/past Richmond Park/Bostall Heath/Oxleas Wood!

The 247 is a surprising one because the scenic bit is actually as flat as a pancake - but there is an extensive view towards Docklands and the City of London across the fields between Marks Gate and Hainault Forest. Same goes with the 53/386, and, slightly less so, the 54/202/380/386 around Blackheath, as well as the 89/108 around Blackheath. Speaking of the 380, the hail-and-ride across the Lewisham side of the hill is also pretty good.

Not totally convinced about the scenic qualities of the B11 😂 89 is a surprisingly good call though - Lewisham to the Bexley Borough border is pretty good. The Bexley part is perhaps less good, though Bursted Woods isn’t bad.
