266 = unlucky dip. (This is because of the amount of times I've tried to do an end to end on that route and it mostly got shortened during it's Hammersmith days) I think I've only successfully done the end to end on that route about 8 times compared to the amount of times I used that route.

Seventy FREE. (That number speaks for itself) I presume that’s was the 73’s nickname during its bendy bus days 😂 I think the 25 was also colloquially knows as ‘the free bus’ back in the bendy days too

C1, C2, C3 - Methane. Ethane, Propane You do however have the caveat that these are pure Carbon molecules and not attached to any Hydrogens. C1 could very well be Carbon Dioxide or Carbon Monoxide while C2 is more commonly used to refer to ethylene as opposed to ethane which is often referred to more commonly as C2H6.

I think Route 13 takes the place of sardine tin, the buses in my opinion aren’t right for the Finchley Road yes the frequency of the 13 changed but it doesn’t stop the buses being full right up to the doors does it.

I think you'll find that the 13 is nowhere near comparable to what the 25 was like. Yeah, there are a lot of routes often rammed to the door - but 25 was a whole other level of packed. Two journeys on the 25 I will point out: - Coming back from Luton (this is from 2014) missed the last tube by a fair bit (at Baker Street). An N18 was due in 5 min so jumped into it till Oxford Circus. Got into a 25 around 2am (this was when there was a bus every 5 min and had just missed the previous bus) - bus was heaving by TCR and we were leaving people behind! - My last end to end in 2018 in the week it was hacked back from Oxford Circus. Took an evening peak bus at around 16:30 (eastbound) from Oxford Circus. There was a bus 100m in front and another 300m behind (I could see both) after great titchfield street. The one in front of us was full by TCR and not stopping to pick passengers. Ours was full and didn’t stop between TCR and Aldgate to pick passengers (like the one in front of us!) leaving the 3rd bus to pick up some people if they could get on. Took 2 hr 20 min end to end but bus was heaving throughout !! No other bus route gets remotely close

Comfy seats but the capacity sucked badly.
