Seems Londoners have used the vote to send a message to the government instead of focusing on is that affect the capital. I do understand the reason people have done this but still disappointing we will have 4 more years of Khan. Londoners have voted, much like the rest of the country with their own mayors as to who they want running the city as opposed to government. Even if there's personal disagreement the fact as of now is that people want Khan to continue running the city with the policies that he set out. If these results continue throughout the rest of the day there'll be a huge mandate for Khan.

Khan officially declared the winner, 3.2% swing to Labour. Good result. Very pleased that Hall hasn’t won, and though Khan hasn’t always really set my world on fire since 2021, he’s undoubtedly the best candidate here. Those of you who voted for Hall, commiserations - I hope you can unite behind the winner. Now, where’s the Superloop 2 consultation? 😉

Khan officially declared the winner, 3.2% swing to Labour. I’m disappointed in Khans win. I think people voted with a better the devil attitude and when combined with the lack of a credible challenger to his candidacy across all parties it felt like an inevitably. He, for me, doesn’t represent what this city needs but rather the division that has been building in politics the last few years. With that said good luck to him for a third term. I don’t see any real improvements coming and I just hope things don’t get worse. The only bright spot is that he has committed the next government to billions of pounds of spending in London which could prove divisive in the near future but honestly we don’t need another Olympics or Wrestlemania.

What a fantastic result. London put two fingers up to an extreme right-wing candidate - too right.

Khan’s third win is off the back of voter apathy and a lack of a good alternate candidate.
I don’t see things improving much with Khan’s third term, it’ll be much the same as the first two terms
