I don't think the 39 will move out of AF, with the charging infrastructure at SW probably a couple of years away yet. If anything, the 493 itself (along with the 219) will be moved to SW, and then when LM opens both can move back to AL. With the 118, 337 and G1 all being lost from SW, the 219, 355 and 493 should all be able to move in without issue. The 22 could also be a possibility to go to SW with its current hybrid fleet. AF will most likely need to fit another 5 buses in for the 14 early next year. Good point, I imagine something will need to move with AF currently at full capacity. If the 22 does move to SW, I imagine the 424 will move the other way (assuming it isn't lost too), with its 6 buses (PVR 5 + 1 spare) being able to slot into AF alongside the additional buses the 14 needs.

Fair enough, does this mean that the route will move move to AL then? GM is closing sometime next year, so yes it will move back to AL at some point (unless it moves to A or C but this would be very unlikely). I wonder what reshuffle will occur given LM will not be ready next year - maybe the 219 will get kicked out to SW, which (along with the 485 loss) will allow the 280 and 470 back into AL, but then there's also the 80's hybrid allocation at GM to account for too. There's always a possibility the 493 goes to SW for a short period of time too as a temporary measure (with Tooting changeovers similar to the 44), but this would be totally unviable for a longer period of time. Could the hybrid part of the 57's allocation perhaps move to SW, which isn't that far from Clapham Park? Or if a longer term solution is needed, could maybe move the 493 to AF, then the 14 or 22 to SW?

That can be true given the 22’s contract this year was joint with the 88 and 170 instead, which both reside in Stockwell. I’d imagine during its electric conversion they might try to slowly transfer operations to SW and use the phased out hybrids in AF to replace the Gemini 2 B5LHs and extra buses on route 14 if that happens.

It may just be a little OCD but the placement of all those stickers on the offside is a mess! 'I am an Electric Bus' too big for its spot shoehorned in by the the vent (?) and camera (which makes it look off centre too) and advert frame. Roundel nearly touching the window. USB sticker just 'floating' without being aligned with anything else. GAL logo not aligned vertically with nothing neither. Only the green leaf looks decently placed!

Can't argue with that - the blind is also annoying me given the destination should be New Cross Gate (and arguably, the blinds should be update to say "New Cross Gate, Sainsburys" IMO)

A disappointment for some of us including myself is the company name being withdrawn from the front of the bus. Well, on these buses there wouldn't be room anyway! I think I prefer the look of the new E400EV to the new BYD, but neither of these are as good as the E400City or E400MMC bodywork.
