From LOTS
1) 29th October saw the transfer of route 295 from Metroline to RATP (at X). Together with electrification (at last) of route 125 at Edgware, this triggered very many vehicle transfers to get enough VHs for the 295. Additionally the transfer out of X of routes 218 (to V) and 228 (to RP) occurred on the 289th, having been deferred since 15th October. RATP’s StreetLites (WLS 30027-040) at X were all stood down for now.
will they be getting new seat moquette?

The 228 and 218 got there DEs because the 72 and 33 are using BEs from the 235. So what happens when the 235 gets its BEs back 😂 Predictions: - The BE's immediately move to the 235
- The DLE's on the 235 return to the K3
- The K3 60regs return to the 33
- The remaining 235 DLE's return to the 303
- The DE's covering on the 303 transfer to the 72
That’s what should be happening. Not sure why it wouldn’t be the case unless there are new plans for when the DLEs are released from the 265. I thought a transfer onto the 419 was likely for that batch.

Aren’t these stood down to avoid driver type training at RP? However the DE is also a new type to RP. No they are not new to RP as the 440 had them before May 2019. The H17 and 398 have all used DEs while they’ve been at RP so not new to RP.

Will the VDWs get the RATP blue moquette as well? Given the VDWs are non-standard and are on a lease, I fully expect that as soon as possible, they'll likely be sent off lease. Granted, they'll likely find a home somewhere with no trouble. Could see a FirstGroup subsidiary (Essex) potentially snapping them up given they are starting their Euro 3 cull.

He not saying that all in fact he didn’t say anything about StreetLites being refurbished someone else was talking about StreetLites being refurbished. None of StreetLites are getting refurbished as there’s no need to refurbished buses only get refurbished when there’s a tender is involved and no tender has been involved with the StreetLites so they won’t be refurbished.

Nope, the Streetlites are not planned for a refurb anytime soon and it's only the VMH's and VH45081-88 from the ex-TT fleet at RATP that are refurbished or awaiting a refurbishment, VH45081-88 are being done for the 340 once the 295 starts using its intended BCE's.

I can only apologize if this has mentioned recently but are there any updates on the 295 BCE batch?
