If the 13 reg VHs had stayed at BT for the 28, then (1) would it have been manageable operating them from there, in terms of the distance to & from Kensal Rise (2) when doing their dead runs would they have taken the exact same route as the 302 as far as Burnt Oak Broadway, where they would've turned onto the Edgware Road for the remainder of the journey to BT (and vice versa the other way)? The Wandsworth end needs some consideration too, BT is way too far off. X and JE are/were good since they are very close to one terminus and slightly further but not too much so from the other

Why would the 28 be operated from BT? 28 was awarded to London Sovereign but transferred to London United probably because BT/SO were too far. I don’t think it was that was it? Was it not because the original intention was for JE to run under the London Sovereign umbrella, but then decided London United would run JE instead due to its close links with V?

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the 94 receive a frequency reduction recently which displaced BCEs onto the 49 due to those buses having paper blinds? I think those electronic blinded buses (the ones originally for the 49 now covering temporally for the 295) are now spare. Maybe they could form a part allocation for the 71.

Only just occurred to be that X now has BCE and OME electrics! How are they charging the BCEs? Have they had different charging infrastructure installed?

No as the 94 had a PVR reduction and some it’s BCEs where given to the 49 and this caused some of the 49 BCEs to go spare and they that where sent to the 295 after it’s BCEs didn’t show up.

With RAPT nothing stays the same for long so probably best to wait and see where buses end up once all the buses are delivered and at the correct garages.

The move the 116 and 423 back to AV to gain work

Strikes me they need to win a new route as they’ve ended up with Too many buses 😂 It must make operators a bit cautious when bidding for electric routes only to have PVRs cut a few months down the line leaving them with very expensive assets not assigned to any tenders. I know they can be used on other routes but its not as straightforward as with existing hybrids.
