So when will the 295 be getting its electrics? You asked this yesterday! It will get them when the buses arrive! You can’t expect an exact date.

I think you need to accept that nobody knows at the moment. Electric vehicles take time to be delivered, commissioned and have power supplies to the chargers. There is no point in asking the same question over and over again.

All I can say with confidence is that at least one has been completed and has been seen at BYD's premises in Iver ready for delivery. There there's driver training. They are going to a garage that already operates electrics though so power supply should not be an issue.

As a general rule the bus factories shut down for about 2.5 weeks over Christmas & New Year and nothing gets delivered during that period. There could easily be a handful at Iver by the end of this week (but depends on when factory is ready to deliver). So could drift into service in January. Might initially get used on another route, as an example Fulwell might put some on 71 to allow VH refurbs or departure of SPs. But what happens will depend on training and chargers, With changes on 7th Jan, might be a push to do some by that date, also depending on chargers being ready at WK might also be push to swap single decks around when some BEs can move to 235 etc

There is no point in asking the same question over and over again. i only asked the question twice not over and over, and I was only asking if anyone knew whether it was likely to be more than a few weeks or not. Also, 2 other people have already replied to me with the same advice as you so now my question is being replied to over and over again! You asked twice in the the space of hours. As a “new” member I would suggest you take some time to look at how things work and have some patience when asking questions.

Not sure if has been mentioned, but looks like SP workings on 116 finished few days ago. Seems that the batch that was at WK all now finished 10 of the YT10xxx batch are still being used on 71 until the VHs are available Potentially 3 ADEs about to move into AV from TV. Which will see the demise of more SPs As predicted ADE40482 TV > AV. 40481 to follow.

I thought 40483 was the one to move over next? It should do, unless plans change. All of the purchased ADEs are contractually used going forwards: 40481 655 40482 696 40483 696 40484 639 40491 467 40492 467 40493 467 40494 670My bad. I meant the latter.

Which BT route would these be suitable on? Temporarily on 226? On his instagram he says they're in preparation for the 226 and 326. We'll see what happens though.
