VH45168 and VH45302 have appeared to swap garages for some reason? VH45168 has moved into AV from TV. It has been released due to the 85s PVR reduction last weekend. It links with VH45164-67 for the 203 allocation. VH45302 is on loan from AV to FW to cover for the recent PVR increases presumably until some BCEs arrive from somewhere (probably X) Presumably VH45194 will be off to V. |

A shame that the 266 was lost to Metroline, though I think Metroline will most definitely operate it better.
Now with a route that had quite a relatively high PVR leaving, I think RP might be closed down soon anyway? The 18 could probably move to X, but I'm not too sure about the other routes if it were to happen.

However the 224 would be difficult to relocate. 224 could go harrow simple light run to Alperton change over at Brent Park tescos via metropolitan line to Neasden from West Harrow station and walk to Tesco, will need break room arrangements in the Ikea/tesco area. Tbh I don’t think it’s worth the hassle for a short route but it could work as a short term arrangement until it’s next tender. |

Up to 3 DLEs daily now and often including a loan from AV.

Not exactly, the 235 has two DLE engineering spares so these will be seen out quite often where a BE has a fault other than scheduled maintenance. The other DLE is an extra (they are trailing adding in and extra bus to help with reliability). |

Heard a rumour recently that we may be starting to do some rail replacement work again. I doubt full diagrams but more adhoc for other operators. Hope so, I do love a rail replacement job on a weekend.
