RATPs SDE20295 has been spotted in Uno’s yard at Hatfield, and from what I’ve heard it’s going to be numbered 606 and has had a full refurb. Will the other LJ12 come in and replace WS46? SDE20296 still operating with RATP

For those of us not on TikTok, what did it say? "Urgent announcement Unfortunately, Sullivan Buses are no longer able to operate the 298 between Potters Bar and Arnos Grove. We have been working with Transport For London to put together a skeleton timetable for tomorrow. We will supply further information as things develop, we are currently working on arranging for staff to operate the service on Sunday And for next week, please bear with us."

Uno will therefore be the north London independent, just as Transport UK is the south and west London independent.
All other London bus routes are run by owners of what was LBL, albeit in some cases through acquisition of former independents, not necessarily in the same areas of London.

The 298 is now the first(?) TFL route to use Scania OmniCity's at mutliple operators.
A former H91 SP has made the first Uno journey on the 298.

Also the 474 has had OmniCity appearances from Go-Ahead (SOCs) and Stagecoach.

You have a funny definition of independent if you are applying it to a university owned operator.

I don’t think you can pigeonhole Uno’s ownership in any way - I don’t think any bus operator in the UK can be compared ownership wise to Uno!
