Any nominations from group members for the "bus stop from hell" by which I mean a bus stop that is regularly very busy and overloaded with passengers unable to get on the buses that arrive. I'm aware that there are stops on the 343 in North Peckham that qualify and Brixton Station probably does but anywhere else?

There is stop on Oldfield Lane North in Greenford called "Currey Road" and it is served by routes 92 and 395. In the am peak this stop is very busy and to make things worst the 92 is also busy, so busy that the 92 has to run pass because they are packed to the rim. When one does stop the passengers rush to jump on board.

Bromley South Station Bus stop for northbound. only two bus can able to stop there but sometime 3 or 4 buses turn up at same times. 2 or 1 behind have to wait for front bus to move off.

I'm aware that there are stops on the 343 in North Peckham... I feel that that the overcrowding issue around North Peckham and the 343 is greatly exaggerated. Having lived there, sure, the stops are busy around the morning peaks (towards E&C) but on the very rare occasions that a 343 passes though without stopping (due to it being packed), another one would come seconds after the other one passed. The 343 is so frequent that I never found it to be an issue. OTOH, the Elephant and Castle stop during the afternoon peak in the opposite direction is much worse and what I'd call overcrowded....

Lewisham Police Station (towards New Cross or Deptford) bus stop - It is always overcrowded during after school times and mostly on Saturdays aswell. Also when the buses are lined up waiting to get to the bus stop, that causes problems aswell.
Stratford Bus Station (bus stops for routes towards Bow, Leyton or Manor Park) - Heavily overcrowded during peak hours and also for people to struggle to get into the buses.

Victoria Station - Grosvenor Gardens. The buses aren't particularly packed, but the stop is a bit of a stampede!

In the morning peak, buses, particularly the route 159, fly past the Brixton Hill bus stops as they've already picked up tons of passengers between Streatham Station and Streatham Hill, Christchurch Road. So from what I've seen, the Brixton Hill stops shouldn't be nominated, as the actual passenger numbers using the stops there are fairly average. A stop I'd nominate is Clapham South Station (southbound-route 249). Buses arrive usually empty from Clapham Common, but quickly fill up, especially around the time SFX students leave college; often leaving people behind at the stop.

Barking Station, 5, 62, 387 towards Romford and Little Heath. Always a stampede for the 5, surrounded by beggars, alcoholics and people asking if you've got some "spare change/ spare cigarette" etc

Brixton Hill Could you tell me which Brixton Hill stops are busy considering I've lived on Brixton Hill overlooking the Brixton Water Lane stop for 15 years and now only live a minute from the same stop & I regularly use all the routes along Brixton Hill for the last 20 years.

Brixton Station! The 35, 45 & P4 'Snoggle' mentioned that already lol. Again from a Brixton resident, it's on a par with Oxford Circus bus stops in terms of how busy it can be. West Croydon Station & Whitgift stops can be a little busy.
