REVISED Phase 1 of the Bexleyheath Bus Scheme (to commence August 2021): Route B10: new route running from Townley Grammar School to Slade Green via Perry Street
Route 89: to be cut back from Slade Green to Bexleyheath Bus Garage (exc. route N89) Route 428: to be cut back from Bluewater to Crayford and to be rerouted from Erith to Bexleyheath Shopping Centre Route 428 Option A: to be routed via Bexleyheath Bus Garage, similar to the 89 today Route 428 Option B: to be routed via Barnehurst Road Route 469: to be extended from Erith to Slade Green via Bridge Road, to take place of routes 89 and 428 Phase 1 Map (revised): Still rammed with flaws. I don’t know why you feel the necessity to chop the 89 without giving a decent replacement (particularly from Slade Green and Northumberland Heath to west of Bexleyheath without a change). The 428 might do well going to Erith Quarry instead of the 180 (which could take the 428’s place in its Erith terminal). It won’t do well with your idea for it. Sorry.

Market Place at Bexleyheath on Arnsberg Way is the 301 StandSorry for typing in bold but I’ve driven the 301 and all of DTs routes so I would know what I’m talking about… If you look at this screenshot you will notice the stands are full. 99s regularly double park as there officially only 1 bus can fit on the stand. 401 uses the middle stand. Overall I don’t see the point of your idea to cut the 89 to Bexleyheath, Shopping Centre when it runs fine in its current form between Lewisham Station & Slade Green… The stop I meant is a stop that's only used when the Town Centre is closed, not Market Place. Well tell that to TFL it is now officially a Bus Stand for the 301… Does the Google Maps picture not explain it for you Have you been to Bexleyheath between now and 13th July 2019?

in the bexley area it would be good to have the 486 Extended to Sidcup Tesco to create a link between North Greenwich Bexleyheath and Tesco's at Sidcup as we live in chaucer Road Sidcup Kent all our routes go to Queen Mary's Hospital none of the them go down the High Street to Tesco's and it would also relieve bus space at Bexleyheath as Bus stand as at Full capacity now that there is the 301.

Would make the 486 too unwieldy, unfortunately. Also - the 321 fills the space at Tesco’s - I don’t think you could fit another route in there. Very difficult to know exactly what to do as regards the crowded Bexleyheath terminals. Something I suppose could go down to Crayford Bridge Sainsbury’s, but the 96 looks more than adequate to me there, ditto down to Welling Corner or Welling Station - a couple of empty terminals there but overbussing is likely with any extension. Could the 132 possibly head to Bexleyheath Garage? Even the forecourt at BX is beginning to get a bit crowded looking to me.

In the Bexley area do you think to extend the 132 or 486 to Bexleyheath Garage to relieve the congested space at Bexleyheath shopping centre.

My feeling is that if it were possible it would have been done long ago, which suggests that the B11 and B16 take up all the available space.

Probably best not to put these in the serious topic, so here are some fanatical routes around SE London
X53: Express route from Bexleyheath Shopping Centre to Victoria
LOR and stops: Bexleyheath Clock Tower (L), Broadway, Brampton Road, Bostall Hill, Plumstead High Street, Plumstead Road / Plumstead Station (WM), Plumstead Road, Plumstead Road / Woolwich Public Market (Z), then following 53 to County Hall, Woolwich Arsenal Station (H), Blackheath / Royal Standard (BD), New Cross Station (WM), New Cross Gate Station (O), Elephant & Castle / New Kent Road (M), St Thomas' Hospital / County Hall (D), Parliament Square / Westminster Abbey (P), then 148 LOR to Victoria Station.
426: New route from Woolwich to Lower Sydenham, via 122 LOR to Lewisham, 185 LOR to Forest Hill, 122 LOR to Sydenham, then 194 LOR to Lower Sydenham
446: New route from Honor Oak to Wandsworth, via 363 LOR to Forest Hill Road, P12 LOR to Brockley Rise, 185 LOR to Dulwich Common, P13 LOR to Tulse Hill, A205 Christchurch Road, Elspeth Road, then 87 LOR to Wandsworth
461: New route from Brentford Commerce Road to Battersea Park Station, via High Street, A205, then 156 LOR to Battersea Park Station

Some plans of the rerouting of the B16 around Kidbrooke (commencing when works on Pegler Square are complete, creating a circular road serving the new station building at Kidbrooke):
The route will start in a loop on Pegler Square with two stops: Pegler Square/Kidbrooke Station(where the route's destination will change from Kidbrooke Station to Bexleyheath Bus Garage) and Pegler Square/East Side. Then, the route will follow Kidbrooke Park Road before turning right on to Weigall Road. Then, instead of turning right on to Moorehead Way (as it currently does; the 335 will keep its route), it will carry on through Weigall Road, with the route then turning left on to Eltham Road and carrying on with its existing route via the Yorkshire Grey roundabout.
NEW SECTION OF ROUTE:
towards Kidbrooke Station: ... Cedarhurst Drive (WR) Eltham Road/Kidbrooke Park Road (WS) Courtlands Avenue (WT) Weigall Road (WU) Lyme Farm Road (new stop, WV) Weigall Road/Moorehead Way (new stop, WW) Weigall Road/North Side (no letter) Cranfield Walk (L)
PEGLER SQUARE/KIDBROOKE STATION (new stop, X) (switches direction here) towards Bexleyheath Bus Garage: Weigall Road/South Side (no letter) Weigall Road/Moorehead Way (new stop, T) Lyme Farm Road (new stop, U) Ravens Way (new stop, V) Weigall Road (EA) Courtlands Avenue (EB) Eltham Road/Kidbrooke Park Road (EC) Sutcliffe Park (ED) ...

IMO it's better than listing each and every bus stop, which I often find hard to follow and understand especially when there are too many stops. rift has only mentioned a few major stops where it is necessary, alongside roads and LORs, which is perfectly fine.

North London orbital routes: Golders Green - Stamford Hill 210 to Highgate Village W5 to Crouch End W7 to Finsbury Park 253 to Stamford Hill
251 extended to Stanmore and 221/251 route swaps between Mill Hill Bdy and Edgware, with the 251 extended via the 340 to Stanmore Bdy and the H12 to Stanmore station. 221 and 251 swap routes so the 251 doesn't have to do a double run that is longer than necessary
Put these here because the ideas are a bit fantasy

I don't think North London would need an orbital route like that - I have suggested something a few months back for the 251 but it is very different to what you suggested
