53 - extended to Waterloo's Concert Hall Approach bus stand (once the 77's rerouted to the bus stand). That stand is going according to TfLs initial consultation. The only reason the 77 is moving to the 507s stand is due to a redevelopment there.

I do agree that the 53 should terminate at Waterloo station, it’s more of a natural terminal for such a trunk route

The 24's diversion routeing (LOR, Grovesnor Place, HPC, Piccadilly, Shaftesbury Av., LOR) due to protests at Parliament Square seems to me to be a better permanent route. It offers TCR/Warren Street a direct link to Piccadilly which has been absent ever since the 14 was cut back to Russell Square. It also is likely marginally faster on average. Problem: the 24 is very busy on its current routing. Of note, a lot of tourists use it to come down from as far as Camden down through TCR Station, Leicester Square through to Trafalgar Square, Whitehall, Parliament Square and to Victoria. It's a very useful routing but not very fast. Diverting by Piccadilly risks losing some of these passengers. What mitigations/other route changes would y'all make if the 24 were to divert via HPC and Piccadilly? Yessssss 100% I support!! we are definitely local haha I would just remember that the 88 also serves TSQ, Whitehall and nearby Pimlico at Tate Britian and Vauxhall, so to be honest I don't know how important it would be to have a route replace it between TSQ and Pimlico. Leicester Square is just a 3 minute walk to TSQ where the 26 is available to Victoria which will follow the current 24 via Victoria Street anyway so can easily switch with the Hopper Fare. As for Victoria to Pimlico, perhaps the 52 extended? Another idea was to swap the 24/38 routings, so the 38 goes down Whitehall and Victoria Street instead but would this be viable? The 19 follows all the way down to Islington so in my head, wouldnt be the worst of ideas. And as someone has said, 29 extended to Victoria via Whitehall amd Victoria Street as option 3 The 88 is far off for most of Pimlico unfortunately. A lot of passengers in Pimlico itself hop on the 24 for a short trip to the tube (more than those who swap other buses/tube lines at Victoria I feel. You're right about the fact that Shaftesbury Avenue is pretty close to TSQ so maybe in that sense it would be fine.
The issue with doing anything to swap the 38/19 is that the 38 is the busier/more frequent of the two so I'd keep the 38 on its current routing. The 19 through Whitehall wouldn't be as bad but rerouting anything down through Whitehall will inconvenience through passengers because of the slower routing.
Option 3 seems the best but that's a net PVR increase.
As for Pimlico to Whitehall passengers I just remembered that the C10 would reroute via Waterloo (and it already runs via County Hall) so it offers numerous connections to routes heading over to Aldwych (which would be new), maintaining Westminster, Whitehall and TSQ links. So regardless of no mitigation it wouldn't that bad.
Maybe a 4th option would be to cut the 24 to Victoria and extend the 38 to Pimlico via the 24's routing with 1/2 buses (just as the Hackney Central - Clapton Pond end).

I've seen it stand everywhere in Lambeth Isn’t it supposed to be the County Hall stands where the 381 also stands? However 2 Saturdays ago I saw some using the Lambeth Palace stand.

Extend the R68 to Esher via: Hampton Court Way Embercourt Road Ember Lane Station Road Portsmouth Road
Gives the Esher area a better service towards Hampton Court Not sure if Station Road can take buses though.
And yes I'm aware Esher is outside London which is why I put the idea here.
Another idea is to swap the northern termini of the R68 and the R70 if the R68 was extended to Esher

My suggestions I would do to Havering:
I agree with TfL’s consultation about the proposed 346, 347 and the 497 but I would extend the 497 to Ockendon instead of Upminster Station!
497 Harold Hill, Dagnam Park Square to Ockendon - Following 497 to Harold Wood Station than do the 346 to Upminster Station Forecourt and then to Ockendon via 347/370
Double deck the 165 and 296!
I would swap the 86 and 498 stands so 86 terminates at Queens Hospital, related to the news articles and the 498 terminates at Romford Station.
86 Romford Queens Hospital to Stratford 498 Brentwood to Romford Station
Make the 248 or 370 a 24 hour service to provide Hornchurch and Upminster a night service, Ik 365 has a night service but it doesn’t serve Hornchurch Town Centre!
Terminate the 370 at Romford Market instead of Mercury Gardens!

Plus taking a flagship route out of Romford doesn't really seem like a good idea

I would also extend the 496 into Roneo Corner to help the 86 there!

89: Elephant & Castle to Woolwich; an interim Bakerloo feeder between E&C and Lewisham, but serves the Peckham and Camberwell, similar to the N89, also provides a new cross south London link, and will take the pressure off the routes 53 & 177
486: Extended from Bexleyheath to Slade Green via the 89 route, provides Slade Green with a direct journey to the Charlton Shopping District, Greenwich Peninsula and North Greenwich

I have a feeling that a park hours only X132 might work well given how crowded the 132 is in the peak hours. Not that it’s empty outside of it but at peak times it can take up to 5 min for a bus to load at North Greenwich (with some being left behind - has happened to me 2-3 times)
So - an X132 every 20 min in peak hours, both directions
Eastbound: North Greenwich non-stop to sun in the sands Kidbrooke park close Rochester way, wendover road Eltham station Eltham high street / roper place University of Greenwich Blackfen road days lane Blendon danson interchange The anchor Bexley station Bexleyheath shopping centre Barnehurst station Erith
Westbound: Erith Barnehurst station Bexleyheath shopping centre Bexley Bridgen the anchor Danson interchange Blackfen University of Greenwich Eltham high street / pound place Eltham station Wendover road Wricklemarsh Road North Greenwich
