Another update to the TfL service changes notice and some interesting changes 30 Jan - yet another increase for the W3 service. 13 Feb - major temporary changes to route 25 due to the disaster that is Aldgate. 20 Feb - evening service boost for the 265. Presumably in advance of the new contract starting. Aldgate seems to be getting worse and worse. I don't even understand the new one-way system. With route 25, they haven't even considered the Stepney and Whitechapel residents, how horrible. Why not terminate these journeys at the Royal London Hospital, or renumber these journeys 25A or 525 and extend them up Cambridge Heath Road to terminate at someone like Bethnal Green Chest Hospital or Ash Grove How would they be considering Stepney and Whitechapel residents if the said bus ran to Whitechapel instead on Mile End? Don't forget the 205 will cover this section for "local journeys" between Bow / Mile End - Aldgate. Doubt they would introduce a 25A /525 us passengers don't seem to firgure to much in the planning look how far back the 115 terminates from Aldgate now.

It said on here that a lot of buses were being curtailed to Mile End, not serving Stepney, Whitechapel and also Central London. So they'll be a reduction in services in Stepney and Whitechapel. I forgot about the 205, but lets hope it'll be sufficient. The reason why I suggesting sending some journeys up to Bethnal Green because of concerns about stand space at the Royal London Hospital, so it could still serve this area.

A couple of new changes added to the list. 13 Feb 2016127 - Frequencies increased during Monday to Saturday daytimes from every 15 minutes to every 12 minutes and during Sundays and evenings throughout the week from every 30 minutes to every 20 minutes. 263 - Buses will only run as far as Highbury & Islington Station rather than Highbury Barn due to junction works at Archway. The first and last stop will be on Holloway Road. This is expected to be in place until March 2017. 27 Feb 2016395 - In association with a reliability scheme, the frequency during Monday to Friday morning and afternoon peaks and Saturday daytimes will revert to a regular 20 minutes service. No more x22 min headway. Now if only they could find some money to restore a regular headway on the 123. Note no mention of the 462's rerouting even though it's been delayed once and is supposed to start next weekend running via Fairlop.

I really don't seen the need for a freq increase in the 127. Barely carries a half full loaf outside the peaks every 15 mins.

People will forget about it! I assume this will be before the Highbury Corner changes.

In relation to the 462, Bus stop marking's have been placed along Forest Road, Fairlop. But this doesn't indicate whether the extension will happen sooner rather than later as shown with the 70's extension.

It not possible to have buses pass each other to be jam and block by other cars etc!
