LBR mentions changes to routes 4, 9 and 46, and the withdrawal of the RV1, to be taking place on the 15th June. Will any other central London changes take place at the same time? If so, are new PVRs announced yet? Almost all of the changes take place then. Only the 26 (increased freq), 48, 55 and 388 (to London Bridge) take place in October. We have already seen a GAL notice setting out their PVR changes - it's on the forum somewhere. As for the rest who knows? As the 171 will be cut back to E&C, what's the best route to take for TCR?

As the 171 will be cut back to E&C, what's the best route to take for TCR? 1 or 176? I just can't understand why more Night routes will continue serving zone 1 and most day routes cut back. For example the N171 will continue serving TCR.

I can understand why night routes aren't altered. If you notice, most night routes that enter zone 1 usually have a common terminus, such as Trafalgar Square or TCR. I've always imagined that it allows for passengers travelling at night, by bus, to be able to reach any connecting routes or hotspots with as much ease as possible. Especially given that night bus routes aren't as frequent as daytime routes, plus you also have to consider that travel patterns at night, are often not the same as during the day.

As well as the Abellio PVR changes for the 3 & 45 which were in the same post - just the other operators to wait for now.

I believe I saw a post on another thread confirming the PVR changes for Abellio. The 3's PVR will drop by 1 whilst the 45's PVR will drop by 8

That could be 8-9 buses released from yje 45 to the 407.

That could be 8-9 buses released from yje 45 to the 407. Plus one LT made spare from the 3 cut will go to the 415 which will in turn release another bus for the 407. It remains to be seen what vehicle is offloaded. Abellio may well just send MMCs from WL to BC to give a common pool of MMCs with the 109 but even if they send the 8 MMCs released from the 45 cut and one indirectly released from the 3 cut, where will the other 6 buses to make up the 407's TVR of 15 come from?

It doesn't need to be Hybrid, just Euro6.

The 407 don't officially need E40Hs until later this year, although early allocations would be beneficial.
