I normally wouldn't but desperate times call for desperate measures. So a Tube strike is the reason for swearing. I would swear so much I'd make a sailor blush if I was in London haha Just kidding. I'm a polite meek little man. Enjoy the old buses.

Doesn't seem to look good for Barking, the 5 and 238 aren't having the best of mornings while the 25 is just screwed in general.

national express are reporting delays of 2 hours on coaches coming into Victoria along finchley road I think thats in conjunction with a string of waterworks taking place between Finchley Road and Swiss cottage, as well as increased pedestrian and passenger numbers.

Abellio had some 4 speed Tridents out on the 188 yesterday, with 9764/5 and a mix of Euro 2/3 MPDs out on the 211.

Oh no, I don't think I'll cope with the crowds in Elham and Lyminge. Hang on, yes I will. Moz Are you doing the lovely scenic route 17?

I checked on LVF to see if the next eastbound 6 to arrive at Queen's Park was a Gemini 3, and it was! So I decided to miss two 36s and wait for it No idea as to why it was a long wait when there should be extra buses, eventually three 6s came along at once, all rammed bar the third one...typical! Surprisingly the VWH I was on was blowing out hot air, and even worse it suddenly curtailed at Marble Arch. The 6 behind was also a VWH but still blowing out hot air...The LTs aren't all to blame I guess! Got off at Oxford Circus and got the 10 to get to my destination at TCR, New Oxford Street eastbound was absolutely chaotic as expected, but for some reason Oxford Street was alright. Typically, the LT I was on was hot and stuffy, although it wasn't as hot as I thought, maybe due to the not so hot weather. Seriously, either get the air cooling right or remove them completely! At the moment most of them are a waste of space and money

More from me later, but for now here's what I saw at Red Lion Square (Holborn): It's nice to know that a MK1 MCW Metrobus is still alive. Someone should make a New Metrobus.

They did - the DAF / VDL DB250 and then the VDL DB300. You could, at an absolute stretch, perhaps infer the Wright Streetdeck is the next in the line although the DB300 can still be supplied AIUI (one went to KMB in Hong Kong).
