7... Extended from Oxford Circus to Parliament Hill Fields
15... Extended from Trafalgar Square to Oxford Circus
88... Withdrawn between Oxford Circus and Parliament Hill Fields, replaced by the 7, and rerouted via the 94 to Shepherds Bush Green and the 148 to White City. Possibly converted back to LT.
94... Withdrawn, replaced by changes to the 88 and 148.
148... Rerouted from Shepherd's Bush Green to Acton Green, using BCE's from the 94.
* The 7 is a good fit for the Parliament Hill Fields section, frequency and bus type, ie not LT.
*The 15 uses the 'paths' vacated by the 94 along Regent Street.
*The 88 restores a South London service along Oxford Street and future proofs the Regent Street/Bayswater Road link with the 94 possibly being vulnerable.

N3 extend to Orpington don't know to go via Bickley Station then via 208 and N199 reason since N3 was reroute to Victoria so it can be a night bus for the Southeastern Victoria to Orpington train

You can walk up Southborough Road from the N199 stop to get to Bickley station.

Wasn't that a temporary curtailment which has become permanent by default? It could certainly do with being put back to Oxford Circus at least and probably Marble Arch but stand space at the latter is a problem. The issue is, as has often been the case, traffic in Regent Street and the City of Westminster's attitude to anything other than pedestrians in Oxford Street. There should be enough slack in the 15 timetable to accommodate Oxford Circus with only a very modest uplift in PVR and no loss of headway offset against some tightened running times. I would send it back to Canning Town station at the eastern end as well. Connectivity at Blackwall is abysmal; Canning Town is now a major hub for buses, DLR and tube lines.

Apart from saving the cost of a few less Routemasters it's a shame it got pulled back from Tooting. Tooting to Oxo would have been a fairly manageable length in the early 90s really.
