What? Innocent until proven guilty applies to everyone. Except Keir Starmer was cleared, yet you claim he wasn't found not guilty. Standard issue Tory hypocrisy. What on earth are you talking about? *** I can only assume you're referring to 'beergate'? Keir Starmer wasn't found not guilty of anything and should new evidence come to light, a video on somebody's phone etc, he could still be issued with a fixed penalty.

It comes as no surprise. The Tories were best mates with Jimmy Savile in the 80s. Thatcher especially In the 1980s Savile was seen as a harmless eccentric.

The police said that they will not be prosecuting him. Then surely he's not guilty as should he have been guilty they'd have prosecuted. You can't commit a crime and get away with it, especially when your colleagues in the commons were fined.

Nobody has been prosecuted over beer/partygate so nobody is guilty or not guilty. Fixed penalties were issued and it's still not too late for Keir Starmer to be issued with one if new evidence comes to light.

For the last time, Starmer hasn't been found not guilty over beergate and could still receive a fixed penalty if further evidence comes to light.

So presumably he is innocent then going by your earlier post on this thread where someone is innocent until proven guilty. You have a serious set of double standards and while I get people have political allegiances, it's important to ensure that when human related mistakes occur that they are treated the same on both sides. There's the ability to support the ideology behind parties. However what shouldn't be happening is you defending the mistakes of individuals in a party just because they are from the party that you support.

Nonsense, it has nothing to do with any political allegiances.

Conservatives out in force today in Romford campaigning for Susan Hall. They are handing out leaflets saying they will scrap ULEZ from day one if she becomes Mayor. I bet the local Conservative MP wasn't there though....https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/tory-mp-andrew-rosindell-has-not-attended-parliament-for-more-than-a-year-since-arrest-3xf7vkn3j Nor the disgraced former local Conservative council leader...https://www.standard.co.uk/news/politics/damian-white-gerrymandering-havering-a4507406.html Romford deserves better! The same way Hackney deserves better, from the dibby Dianne Abbott. Or the useless corrupt mayor Phillip Glanville with his dodgy dealings to his mates with all these private corporate developments.

Just wait until some miserable toss pot who cannot get their way within the party, then they throw him under the bus with this. Seems the norm for UK politics, if I go down, I am taking you with me.

People knew what he was up to behind the scenes. However they were too scared to tell the truth and if they did they were told they were being silly. He was simply too powerful and was able to hide his monstrous crimes for more than 50 years.
