I wouldn’t know. Im also not clued up with the Plumstead area but I’d hazard a guess either a PVR increase on the 380 or refurb cover or simply a lot of mechanicals at present, with Rainham allocating 4 of the ex-165 MMCs it’s freed up some 15 reg elsewhere like its sister 36608 which resides at Barking to cover refurbs. so take it this is a permanent move Covering 36655 which is away, and then when it returns it will cover for refurbs. Once they are done it will go back to Rainham for the 499, its real home. |

I’ve noticed with a couple of 68 reg currently spare at RM they’ve taken. the opportunity to move the 499s fleet elsewhere to cover refurbs or mechanicals |
