443 - Finchley Central to Palace Gardens Terrace / Notting Hill Gate (Stop K) via Hyde Park Corner operated by Metroline (W) using mixture of Buses (No NBFLs) Gives the 13 a bit more support between Golders Green and Swiss Cottage 446 - Colindale Superstores to Willesden Junction (New Hail and Ride serving Brent across West Station) Opertaed by RATP (BT) using new Alexander Dennis E200 MMCs 10.9m with future developments in the area the 446 would link Colindale and Brent Cross West to Willesden Green, Dollis Hill and Willesden Junction. After Willesden Green Station the 446 would go via Park Ave and Park Ave North (Hail and Ride Section) then via route 226 until Pound Lane (Stop WU) then following route 226 terminating at Willesden Junction Station. You haven't really given any justification RE where the 433 will go past Swiss Cottage but I think the 13/460 cope fine between Childs Hill and Finchley except for peak times where buses can get busy leaving Golders Green, perhaps if the arguments arose over the 260s reliability that be hacked back to Cricklewood Broadway/W and the 460 increased in frequency?

Subject to stands being created at Wealdstone: Extend the X140 to Wealdstone not stopping between Harrow Bus station and Wealdstone. This would connect the LNWR to Heathrow/Crossrail.
Possibly remove a few stops to make it more express, like Hayes Town, Willow Tree Lane and Tangmere Gardens.

Yeah that would be good because it would create stand space at Harrow Bus station whilst also adding an additional journeys from places such as South Harrow/Harrow to Kenton without needing to change

From Harrow & Wealdstone you could take the Bakerloo line to Paddington and switch to the Elizabeth Line. No need for an extension to the X140, unless the 140, 182, 186, 258 and 340 need assistance 😉

Would Ealing benefit from a link to West Middlesex Hospital? Perhaps could be accomplished by an E2 extension?

Just a few ideas ie Ealing from an armchair perspective
An E1 extension to Harrow via the Greenford Road, Sudbury Court Drive & via the 483 up to Harrow.
Reasons for suggesting this:
- Could provide another service to Greenford Quay and local links created to and from Westway Cross - Direct link between Harrow, Sudbury Hill & Greenford would be created, with a more direct alternative between Harrow/Ealing
An E2 extension to WMH could be an idea if a hospital link is needed between Ealing/Greenford/Northfields and the WMH
An E9 extension to Brentford County Court/Osterley instead of the E1 could be an alternative to the busy 65?
If the Bedford Park/Acton Lane area needed a link to Ealing Broadway would it be a good idea to extend the 94 there? I know frequency might be an issue in the mornings on weekdays, but a 7-8 minute frequency could be well used at other points during the week
Thoughts?

Ealing and Greenford already have at least two routes to Ealing Hospital. One place that doesn't have a hospital link at all is Norwood Green, and would probably benefit from one, maybe a new route starting at Ealing Hospital, heading west on Uxbridge Road, 120 to Southall station, Merrick Road, 120 to Alderney Avenue, Alderney Avenue, Jersey Road, Syon Lane, H28 to West Middlesex Hospital. This would provide a hospital link to parts of Norwood Green and Heston that don't have one whilst supporting the 120.

Purpose: To Provide a night service for the Crossrail. Even for night routes, i know its fantasy but I think you should streamline the routes a bit more, like an objective of TfLs is to get people on night bus rather than using uber, and i think more direct night routes would be more helpful, maybe the Acton-Hayes sections something could be more direct, like following the 95 potentially, instead of dipping in and out of places. I also think TfLs strat with night buses is to have central london night buses, go through main parts of areas, while having 24-hr routes before they were cut, as more localised routes covering areas more in-depth, but serving fewer areas. Like N18 would take from cent london to harrow, then 114/140/183 would cover a greater area of harrow. I think that is personally a better system. But that just my opinion.

The 260/328 let's be honest are the most likely but if push comes to shove I think the 260 is the most likely. The Golders Green to Kilburn link has existed forever and I myself would oppose it.
