I don't like red bull because I like teams in it for the racing. Williams. Mclaren. Ferrari. Force India. Saber. And I can even understand big car manufacturers being in motor sport because at least they do it to sell cars like renault, mercedes and lotus I know the current incarnation of lotus isn't really what it was but I get the impression from mike gascoyne and tony fernandes that the passion for racing is still there. And then we have red bull its just an advert for a fizzy drink. No history no passion no link to the motor industry nothing. Just a very expensive and recently successful I'll admit advert for a fizzy drink.

eastlondon92, how's F1 2010 going for you in the fictional world? ;D Hope your taking out the Ferraris Oh yes... I've been clipping the front wing of Massa in Australia and he tried to overtake me from the outside when I had the racing line, without looking at me mirrors I accidently clipped him into a barrier at 160mph (Wasn't an accident loool.. ;D) on the straight before the chicane... Plus we can all have our say of Lee Mckenzie sunday night about her commentating but for some I don't think we'd be interested in her commentating... LMFAO... ;D.. Make sure theirs no wives in the room guys when your watching F1 Practice, Qualifying and Grand Prix ... ;D Also who is the Ferrari vermin, you should be ashamed of your self for supporting Ferrari (Words from Eddie Jordan)

Perhaps they wanted to keep it as a secret which i bet they are currently doing. I just wish they would call another WMSC meeting!!!!!! Make Alonso get stripped off that win!!!!

No history no passion no link to the motor industry nothing. Just a very expensive and recently successful I'll admit advert for a fizzy drink. Oh, I don't know as it was Stewart-Ford and then Jaguar. There was some pedigree there (wonder if any employees remain who worked for all three). Adrian Newey was certainly there when it was Jaguar and he has designed championship winning cars for Williams & Mclaren. As Paul and I like the Indycars, bit of shame we didn't get the hoped for fight between Will Power and Dario Franchitti? Still another title for Dario and Target/Chip Ganassi Racing. Roll on next season - would like to see Power and Penske do well - and former F1 (and jaguar) driver Justin Wilson....

True but we will see how the Greatest Designer will play out for RBR if they (Webber) do win the WDC this season. But like I said before it's a four legged horse race for the championship between Button, Alonso, Webber and Hamilton. Lets hope we dont have a 2008 battle with Ferrari as what Hamilton did against the Brazilian. So much hatred against us British and yet they got defeated... by one point... ;D I'd say Hamilton and Massa greatest drive was the last turn of Brazil with both of them being excited for a few seconds... and only one takes it away from them... Harsh but thats the way the sport is.

Red Bull dominated both Practice sessions today with Sebastian Vettel leading Mark Webber. Meanwhile Lewis Hamilton crashed in the first session and sat out for most of the 2nd session. Crash video is here news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorsport/formula_one/9072456.stmResults for championship rivals: Practice 1: 1. Sebastian Vettel 1:32.585 2. Mark Webber 1:32.633 5. Lewis Hamilton 1:33.643 (Before he crashed) 12. Jenson Button 1:34.042 13. Fernando Alonso 1:34.169 Practice 2: 1. Sebastian Vettel 1:31.465 2. Mark Webber 1:31.860 4. Fernando Alonso 1:32.362 6. Jenson Button 1:32.533 13. Lewis Hamilton 1:33.481 (He only had 7 mins of track time after spending the majority of this session waiting for his car to be repaired) And its predicted Qualifying tommorow would be wet, so im not going to bet yet who will be on pole. If its a dry quali, im predicting a Red Bull pole

Red Bull is in it for racing Madstuntman . Thats why they are in F1 I'm sure members of the team are in it for the racing but the management/owners are only interested in the money. They want to sell fizzy drinks. Unlike the management at McLaren... ect I'm sure you are all going to explain why I am wrong but that's how I feel. As you say I clearly know nothing so I'll let you educate me. How about saying something like "Well madstuntman I disagree with you because..." or "have you thought about this..." Rather than something rude like : You clearly don't know very much about F1 based on this post! I don't think that would haved been unsresonable and would have most likely led to an adult discussion on the matter. Rather than the implication of "I'm better than you" When I have a discussion on things I am open to other people thoughts I'm not insisting what I say it right I'm saying it's what I think. Lets discuss? Enjoying a sport and knowing everything there is to know about it are 2 seperate things. I never said I know a lot. So I'll leave it up to you should we have an adult discussion and an exchange of thoughts? Let me know. If you're not interested then I'll f**k off back to the top of the forum and talk about buses.
