Route 166 to receive extra buses from next month for the lavender field but journeys will only start from purley to banstead. Inside source not sure where they are gunna get the buses from tho What about the 58 reg ENL's at TC still going - couldn't they be used as the extras seeing as the 166 has a full allocation already?

Inside source not sure where they are gunna get the buses from tho These will be welcome. The Lavender Farm, just outside Woodmansterne, has become very popular in July and August in recent years (tourists from The Far East in particular love it) and the increased number of passengers travelling to the Farm is putting a real strain on the service.

"It is proposed to introduce a Northbound AM peak journey (LAST SENTENCE NOW REMOVED FROM BUSNET)" "Buses on Route N73 will now operate via Tottenham Court Roa7" "Towards Kings Cross one trip would be withdrawn from Brixton garage between 0741 and 0840, reducing the frequency from 11bph to 10bph, but still maintaining the pinchpoint of every 6 minutes at Waterloo between 0715 and 0900." "Monday to Friday peak frequencies reduced from 11 bph to 10 bph with journeys." "The schedule that will be introduced is a roadworks schedule to mitigate for New Cross gas works, therfore the proposed PM peak frequency increase will be from 6bph to 6.5bph from Grove Park to Elephant & Castle. (The Grove Park roadworks schedule is removed.)" "The first stop towards Catford would be stop 33137 on London Road" "The route will no longer serve Theobold Road, Greys Inn Road, Holborn Road and Fetter Lane" "NOTE: the above was proposed as part of Tranche 672 to be introduced prior to the start of the new contract, subject to costs."
It may have become a mockery of a document, but blimey, we're going to miss it when it's gone. Some more funny quotes. From the 59s entry: and arguably one of the best Well it's one way to go out with a Bang. Not to mention for the 134 change it states 'Buses on Route 73 will now operate via Tottenham Court Road.' TFL trying not to give 134 passengers false hope in advance of the cutback next week

"We will also proceed with the re-routing of route 326 towards Barnet. Route 326 will run along the north end of Hendon Lane, serving stop G at St Mary’s Church, and will no longer serve stop R in Gravel Hill or stop J in Regents Park Road. We currently plan to make this change from Saturday 29 June 2019. There will be no change to the route towards Brent Cross."
I never knew about this before but I don't understand the reason for this, why not in both directions if so be the case and why no change to the 143.

Well here’s a surprise.
The frequency reduction didn’t last too long.

Well here’s a surprise. The frequency reduction didn’t last too long. At least it demonstrates that some cuts can be reversed.

2 more LTs to reallocate. With 9 from the 12 and now 2 from the 189 joined with the 14 or 15 later in the year from the 48 then a full route conversion is potentially on the cards. I'd put money on maybe the 259 or even 243 if enough can be found then HVs to the 34/102.

Not sure if referring to during the day translates as between the peaks on Mon-Fri, and it is just an off-peak increase, so might not require extra buses However the vague wording could mean the peak hours will be same, because peak hour is during the day (does it mean all day, during daylight hours, or something else ?)

If it was only an increase during peak hours, then I’m sure they would’ve been more specific. I’m assuming it’s peak hours and additionally within the peaks for the most part. Either way, pvr will increase.

I read it as all day. If it were peaks only I would have thought they would have described that as just extra journeys. So I guess spare ADH’s from V to BT ?

When is the 404/434 increase happening ? It was supposed to be this summer but TfL still haven't said anything about it so not sure what's happening really.
