12 buses! my poor 474 will be a daily bus rally if they do take more WVL's from SI I'm guessing that Es will step in to cover. Or WVLs from SW? I think all of SW's WVL's are answered for currently.

Acording to a post on another forum, the vehicles will be WVLs from SW, according to the person who posted, some are currently working from SI so not sure if they are older ones displacing newer ones to BE for the ELs. Apparently, the PVR for the EL1 and EL2 once the changes come in will be 30.

Seems TfL have been at work at various bus stops along the changed routes. I noticed a few changes today... Attachment DeletedAttachment DeletedAll the stops along Ilford Lane/Fanshawe Avenue have had their EL2 stop tiles removed and signs have been placed at them stating that people wishing to get an EL2 should make their way down to Barking on the EL1. Meanwhile at Barking Station the EL2 has been shifted to share its stop with the Longbridge Road routes.

This is good to see but dread to think how many passengers board EL1 and 2 without looking at destinations and will be caught out on Saturday. The evil in me would find it slightly amusing seeing people taken along Longbridge Road towards Becontree thinking the bus is going to Ilford.

Still no word on what buses are moving to BE? guessing these buses will be red in the short term unless a batch of buses are away being prepared.

It is spider maps where TfL seem to be failing. The route 70 extension has still not been reflected on the relevant spider maps (or hadn't when I looked 2 days ago). There were also no advance changes on spider maps for these ELT changes. TfL used to post updated maps in advance with their start date being very clear.

That occurred on September 12th last year and as recent as February of this year, some tiles along Evelyn Road are still not in order.

That occurred on September 12th last year and as recent as February of this year, some tiles along Evelyn Road are still not in order. This was at a time when there were several changes being made to the bus network (night bus services complimenting the night tube) and saw an influx in work for the e-tiles, that came quick promptly. In hindsight, the delay could of also come from the decision on what to do with distinguishing the difference between weekend 24-hour service and weekday 24-hour service. This could of easily have effected production, as has been seen in the past human error can run rife when new signage/ information is introduced. Stops on back roads (like the one mentioned above) can easily be forgotten, those that have slipped through the net can be corrected by flagging it up to TfL via customer service.

They've just only changed the Stratford map containing the 241 going to Canning Town, route 238 going 24-hour and route D8 being rerouted via Carpenters Road. It was 2014 when the D8 got rerouted.
Tiles they do that bad with though, when the Kier Hardie routes returned to Canning Town, they changed to tiles a good few days before it happened.
