The Grove park route through the Silvertown Tunnel would be quite a long route.

The Grove park route through the Silvertown Tunnel would be quite a long route. Be a useful new orbital link though. I'd quite like to see something like the 335 extended through the Silvertown Tunnel - possibly even to as far over as Ilford?

We should get a paper for Haringey/Enfield soon - I know the Enfield one has a few proposals for the Meridian Water area, and I know the Haringey one proposes some big changes to trunk routes.

The Grove park route through the Silvertown Tunnel would be quite a long route. So the new Silvertown Tunnel routes would be: 104 Stratford to North Greenwich via Beckton 129 extended North Greenwich to Beckton, would effectively become a Lewisham-Beckton route 309 extended Canning Town to North Greenwich New route: Canary Wharf to Grove Park New route: Eltham to Beckton (possibly an expanded 335). 108 remains as is, operating Stratford-Lewisham via Blackwall Tunnel.

I daren't say these may well be changed but some interesting ideas. Be nice to see some express bus routes through there too

The Meridian Water plans will probably be a future proofing of capacity, similar to the Royal Marsden Plans in Sutton with extensions and swaps of routes like the 413/S3, extension to the 164 and DD conversion of the 80. I can't really see what changes are needed in Haringay or what trunk routes could be affected.

I can't see any real reason to change the trunk routes in Haringey. The network there is pretty solid. Maybe the odd frequency change or slight rerouting but no massive changes. Some of the more secondary routes in the area, perhaps more so, in order to boost capacity or better match demand. I did have an idea for the 279 corridor which I shall post on the 'route ideas' thread later on

Also, the fact the Meridian Water area mostly has wider, 40 mph roads, I'm hoping that good bus priority provision will be put in.

Now its been shortened to Kings Cross, we could see the 476 extended further into the Northumberland Park/Meridian Water area.

Yes, I think that's the one route where I think everyone will be very happy to see some fiddling with, some sort of split at Edmonton Green is probably the best option but I worry is the 192 gets nothing and other routes are meddled with instead - I hope to be proved wrong

I do always think that at Edmonton Green the 192 should swap with the W8 running to the Leisure complex while the W8 takes over the bit to Tottenham Hale.

I do always think that at Edmonton Green the 192 should swap with the W8 running to the Leisure complex while the W8 takes over the bit to Tottenham Hale. I had that idea a long time ago. It makes perfect sense to me. There was consideration given a while back to extending the W8 to Tottenham Hale and potentially Walthamstow, with the W6 being diverted to the Leisure centre. Alongside the 192 instead of replacing it.
