Just because they have announced they are prepared doesn't mean they are prepared. What have you read that suggests they are prepared? "Remoaners" don't have to prepare for anything, as their option would be just to carry on with staying in the EU, thus avoiding all this complicated stuff that has followed the refurendum. And you haven't replied to my comment about Boris, so I presume you do believe he is a liar. Define a liar. I guess you are a saint and have probably only told 1 lie in your life. Remoaners have to prepare for Brexit on 31st
Everyone lies. But not everyone lies to the same extent as others (there is a difference between lying about saying youre going shopping when really you're riding buses for fun, and putting a big fat lie on the side of the bus in order to spread propaganda and influence millions of people). If someone is in a public position, they should be as honest as possible. Boris has been fired from a newspaper for lying, for example. Most politicians lie and are dishonest, regardless of party, but there are some who are vastly worse than others. Its not just "Remoaners" who have to prepare for Brexit, it is everyone.

We don't just 'hand it to them'. We get a lot back in regional development funds, especially in more deprived areas such as Cornwall, Wales, the North East etc. When I look around Kent, so many of the infrastructure investment has been fully or partially funded by the EU. The EU is far from perfect though. In fact, many "remoaners" think the EU is far too conservative and bullying, and have various other concerns with it. Such as myself. But if we stayed in the EU, we have more chance to influence things. Better to be in the tent, rather than out, as the saying goes. So please don't paint remoaners with the same brush (like some remainers do with leavers, which I have made the mistake of doing) Yes the infrastructure in Kent money funder by the EU that came form this country in the first place anyway. Keep kidding yourself thinking you would influence them staying in the EU, its a case of been there done that. The whole concept of the EU is seriously flawed imo, its a poor excuse of trying to model the USA.
It is not really like the USA. European countries retain sovereignty. Although we will be able to compare the US and EU when we become the US's little puppy after we leave the EU, which many Brexiteers don't seem to think is a problem.

Since the Conservatives came back to government in 2010, we have now had 3 Prime Ministers. So, you could say we have had 3 4 1.

O dear it drags on! Now we have a General Election on the 12th December! Funny this is now the second time a Prime Minister has decided they didn't like what the public said and have decided to have another vote. Listen to the public regarding the referendum result but not regarding the 2015 or 2017 election results

It’s almost a guarantee that there will be new MPs for some areas who can hopefully solve this deadlock.

I think the Conservatives will win the most seats, but it would be an incredible performance if they emerge with an outright majority. For people like me, voting will be a nightmare. I agree with many Tory policies, won’t vote for Corbyn, disagree with many lilly-livered Lib Dem policies....but I fiercely believe we should remain in the EU. Just like a Southampton fan against Leicester, I’ll be left shaking my head after the cross goes into box.

Same boat as yourself for me, can't vote in a Tory Government, would never vote Corbyn in despite usually being more Labour than anyone else, disagree with the Lib Dems flagship policy whilst I'd have to be drugged to vote Greens or Brexit party....so Monster Raving Looney party it is then especially as they seem to ironically be the most sane option of the lot lol.

I am strong Tory voter and I couldn’t be persuaded elsewhere. Corbyn is more fish than man at this point with the amount of flopping he’s done and the Lib Dems are beyond a joke. An election is the worst possible solution but the only way through this mess. If the Lib Dems do win and revoke article 50 say goodbye to sterling as we will probably be forced to switch to the euro which would only lead to economic instability long term. Remember if Greece needs a bailout the whole eurozone is devalued and outside of the EU we are protected from that.

Win or lose at least it is an attempt at trying.

Remember if Greece needs a bailout the whole eurozone is devalued and outside of the EU we are protected from that. Unbelievable that after 3 years people still don’t know the facts: 1. If we remain in the EU our terms of membership are unchanged. We remain outside the Eurozone and keep the pound. That protects us to some extent from a devalued Euro. Non Eurozone countries also get additional benefits. See point 2. 2. The UK didn’t contribute to the EU bailout of Greece. In 2011 non-eurozone countries gained a guarantee written into law that the we would be exempt from any future liability from EU bailouts. In addition if the EU tries to fund any bailout from the central budget, the UK receives a refund for our portion of the bailout. 3. The UK contributes to international bailouts via the IMF. So for Greece we lent on our own terms through the IMF at a very high interest rate. Due to the IMF’s high rates, their loans usually get paid back first and results in revenue for lending countries. If you are backing leaving the EU, at least base it on facts and not canteen gossip!
