And it's au revoir Roy Hodgson - he had to go TBH. No doubt with a healthy wedge

We couldn't beat Bejams on this performance! LOL loving that supermarket joke. I wonder do I qualify to play for Iceland through where I work? Give us a clue

We really have an all time low after that debacle, Roy Hodgson did the decent thing but I'm not sure who is going to do any better. 50 years of hurt

'Ole Big Head must be turning in his grave.

Just came across this thread. Had I seen it earlier I would have put my 2-1 Iceland Prediction. I watched all of Icelands games, and was angry at all the disregarding attitude towards them in the build up to the game. Furthermore, people/pundits were going slightly over the top with England's group stage games. Yeah they dominated the ball, but barely created anything. I cant remember keepers making saves, woodworks being rattled.
An organised team beat and unorganised team. Simplez.
Looking at the quarters. I expect Germany and Italy to be tight but the winner, will win the tournament. They are by far the most organised teams wit a system of playing. If Candreva plays then I will back Italy.
Wales will beat Belgium , because the Belgiums only have the counter attack, otherwise they are as tactically and poorly managed as England. Wales will not let them counter attack. Remember the Welsh and Belgium were in the same qualifying group and both games Belgium failed to score.
Portugal and Poland will end in a Ronaldo missed penalty in a shoot -out. Yeah I want to see him cry.
France will also struggle against Iceland. I cant decide but I have a feeling this game will turn on a bad decision. We have not had a real bad decision this tournament. I am going for Iceland again! Shock Horror.

Well played Wales - I fancied them to beat Belgium and they've only gone and done it. Onwards and upwards.
