It’s stupid, have to say my experiences of late whilst driving the 188 (prior to November of course), 381 & C10 have been ok through there, the introduction of the box junctions has helped a bit aswell as the second entrance of the tunnel being done has to, even though everyone still queues in the N/S one 😂 I thought my experience on the 101 was bad a few years ago (1hr 40mins from East Ham Fire Station to Manor Park Station - the worst thing being I didn't know the area at the time - if it was now I would have walked), which according to the map is 2.4 miles. Working out at 1.26 miles per hour which made my eyes water. Your one comes in at 0.210 mph which is something else (EDIT - and being the driver, with no option to get off and walk, is not a situation which I could imagine quickly)! I'm pretty certain I had a ride along Hartfield Road in Wimbledon heading home on the 163 (long time ago now) which took around 45 - 60 mins to traverse the road due to the lights at Merton Park being defective (being a level crossing on the Tramlink line)......

East & South West are both areas of London I don’t visit too often so can’t say I see what you are saying.

can’t say I see what you are saying. Take it from me, they were very slow rides........ Prediction Time:Stagecoach holding things above water on their East London side but continuing their demolition job on the Selkent side. As said in another thread I have already thought of how running the 453 might go, in addition to A LOT of Selkent work up for tender through 2018 to start later on. McKenna Brothers still going safe in the knowledge that they will be having roast turkey again for quite a few more Christmas seasons. A lot of public weight behind frequency changes forcing reviews in to them. Quite literally (the public weight) in single vehicle loadings I suspect. paulsw2 again managing to wriggle out of going to the bar himself at the next forum meet, describing me as the 'junior man' Forum staff having a whip round and renting out a Portakabin filled with CCTV cameras and staging a mini one week 'Big Brother' with Snoggle, Capital Omnibus, Sid, Vjaska, Server King, EnviroPB, Volvo, John Tuthill and Nathan as the housemates (a mixture of opinions, experience and humour ha ha). Alex making his wife think he's taking her for an exciting day out, when really he's just taking her on the 15H. Resulting in disaster (even she would think the engine sounds suspect). No reshuffle or additions in forum staff, making sure the forum doesn't disappear again!

I wouldn't last a nanosecond, never mind a week.

Worst I had in the early 2000's when West Ham played Newcastle or Man Utd It took me 1 hour 30 mins from Upton Park Boleyn to East Ham 'White Horse' and 1 hour 30 mins from East Ham back to Upton Park one Saturday. I lost one whole rounder.

Here's mine: People will still get impatient about upcoming tender results Love that , unfortunately people won't stop unless we somehow educate them on how tendering works, for those who are in the know. Here are my predictions: Tower Transit to be sold to FirstGroup Abellio lose the 109 and 407 to Arriva Route 685 will be withdrawn New blind technology will be introduced - if they can introduce something similar to the side blind trial on SEe9, then it may be able to work for other blinds too, and be rolled out across the fleet. Free Wi-Fi and new iBus to be rolled out. Metroline buy BC from Abellio, and begin operations in South London Go-Ahead and Arriva start expanding into West London. Go-Ahead split up their brands in London, keeping the Go-Ahead London name as the legal address but rebranding each bus with the individual subsidiary names only, similar to what is currently going on at Go South Coast. More Citaros ordered My predictions are; Arriva opens a new large garage in London near to another garage and another one closes down Arriva finally gain the 109 back Sadiq Khan gets a good spanking from Teresa May for cocking up London Ken Livingstone makes a comeback to politics in some form. The public finally wake up to see the loser Sadiq Khan is for excessively cutting bus services The Elizabeth line is a flop and does not become the all singing all dancing solution they make it out to be Uber sells rail tickets in combination with their minicab service Westminister and Camden councils come up with a new tax for emissions for people passing wind saying the toxins would damage the environment Adverts for sugary foods banned on public transport

Thank you. But I draw the line at eating anything yukky(for want of a better word) No worries, any member who can make references to old school BBC comedy and films gets my vote , nothing yucky, but depends on your taste I suppose. Looking at some members posts on food and an accelerant for 'in depth conversation' I could see this being sponsored (with freebies) by McDonalds and Famous Grouse Worst I had in the early 2000's when West Ham played Newcastle or Man Utd It took me 1 hour 30 mins from Upton Park Boleyn to East Ham 'White Horse' and 1 hour 30 mins from East Ham back to Upton Park one Saturday. The early 2000's, guessing by your posts before I'm assuming the 58 from T garage - aka the glory days Missing out a trip into E17 though, every cloud (or something like that ha ha)

You'd have to speak to me directly and best things to ask me would be about buses, aquarium fish, buses, 1980s, or buses
