Route 356 should be increased to 15 mins Mon-Sat shopping hours and 20 on Sunday shopping hours. It provides the only direct link to Forest Hill.
The current frequency of 20 mins Mon-Sat, 30 evenings and Sundays is woeful. The bus is busy during the morning and afternoon school run and will only get busier when the new retail park fully opens.
In addition to the 202 being double decked, it should also serve the bus stops between the new retail park and Sainsburys, it's the only route which doesn't serve it.

The 37 would become more unreliable if extended as you've then got running along good sized chunk of the South Circular. I'm sure everyone east of Brixton would be mightily unhappy with their bus service becoming unreliable particularly the lone sections between Herne Hill & North Dulwich & between North Dulwich & East Dulwich. IMO, all the 37 needs is a higher frequency & along with the 35, extra capacity between Clapham Junction & Clapham Common in the form of an extended 49 or 417. Also raises the question of whether there's actually any demand to go from Peckham or Brixton to Hounslow. Long trunk routes are useless if they're not going between two destinations that you could conceivably ride a significant distance on - the 25, 53, 113 and 208 serve as examples as those sorts of routes. I remember going on the 37 from East Dulwich to Richmond one Boxing Day in the early 90s when it was extended for the day. This was before shops would open on that day, so the roads were quiet and I think it was 2bph on the route, so easy to regulate. It simply wouldn't be possible to have such a long route now. I also remember the 176 running between Forest Hill (East Dulwich evenings and Sundays) to Willesden Garage, unthinkable now considering how long it takes to get to Tottenham Court Road on it's present route.

Looking at Countdown, there appears to be short runs to Loughborough Junction and Brockley Rise.

I live on the P13 route and it's the 'last choice' route. If I shop at Dog Kennel Hill Sainsburys, I'd rather wait for a 176 or 185 than travel round the back of East Dulwich on a cramped single decker which seems to get it's fair share of Dulwich tractors (buggies), long gaps in service, the long winded trip to Peckham and the pointless section between Peckham and New Cross Sainsburys (served by plenty of other routes) where it runs along Queens Road instead of serving Asylum Road as it did previously.
However, the section between Lordship Lane - The Grove and Streatham is useful as a near main service to connect those who live in that part of Dulwich with Tulse Hill and Streatham.
The route like the P12 is long winded and really should only be used as a feeder service for those passengers who need to connect to main bus routes or the rail stations on the route otherwise.
