I do think the 349 could be vulnerable. With the loss of the link to Stoke Newington and an increase planned on the 149 I can easily see TFL claiming hopper and the 149, 259 and 279 being expected to cope.

Proposal A108 diverted via E India Dock Road, Barking Road, Ordnance Road, Star Lane, Manor Road, W Ham Lane, Broadway, Great Eastern Road to Stratford Bus Station - This new routing would not serve Canning Town Bus Station in order to speed up journey times (this would not effect existing journeys on this corridor). 236 extended to Stratford City via Semley Gate, Berkshire Road, Wallis Road, Hepscott Road, Rothbury Road, Clarnico Lane, Waterden Road, Westfield Avenue, Montfitchet Road - 2km added to the route. No longer serves Eastway (use route 388). DD conversion to improve capacity across the route. Frequency reduced to 5bph. Supports journeys on some roads that would otherwise be unserved without the 276. New direct links between Stratford and London Fields and Finsbury Park 488 diverted via Bow Road (W), Campbell Road, Devons Road, Devas Street, then extended to Canning Town via Twelvetrees Crescent, Cody Road, Stephenson Street, Manor Road - 3km added to the existing route. Direct journey between Bow Road and Canning Town. I think you would struggle getting The 108 Citaro's around those back roads in Canning Town (Ordnance Road, Star Lane) [/quote] Thank you for your feedback. You are right. I think in Proposal A the 108 and 488 could swap the routes they take to Canning Town. This may actually be better for those that live on Star Lane and Ordnance Road that need a link to Canning Town or Star Lane Stations. sid please see above also.
